Even though it's only 4:08 pm I "might call it quits on the idea of painting" as I am feeling physically but not mentally. I did finish the taping; so I am happy for that.
I got another small book case out the door and in front of the house. people have been picking up our stuff that we set at the curb! yay!
it's 58 degree's right now and a soft drizzle of rain is falling.

dh said the washer and dryer installation is tomorrow not Thursday - phew! I don't have to be home for that as he will be there and I already paid for it.
Tomorrow is bill and writing letter day but I might order the stones for the dry river bed and for 30 year old lawn fabric. (that's what it calls for).

part of me is tempted to go to the library this week. I will ask dh if he wants to come with.

I keep checking in to see if there’s any word from HRH’s uncle.

Oh, lucylee, we are waiting... .. the operation was postponed through the day until late - 6:00 p.m., but they did eventually take him in to OR. That's all we know ... ..? Frankly, if the family is assuming his sister's (HRH's mother's) branch will get information through her (and they may well be), they must have forgotten that she falls asleep by 8:00 each evening like clockwork. We hate to venture out on FB as the first ones asking questions. Surely some cousin will remember HRH before long.

An fb post from his dd says he is out and doing well. I don't know how long hip surgeries take and realize each break and each circumstance is probably different but wow that seemed like a long time. Oh well, good news.
