Thank you LM for starting us out today.
I was up in the night but made productive use of the lack of sleep. Turned on the fan to get paint fumes out and opened the door a bit.
Did a six mo. review and was pleased to realize I have made progress and accomplished some goals!
So went back to bed after turning off the fan and closing the door slept good to get up in time to do some of the stretching with my show!
Took Rx and finished coffee I started earlier and warmed up.
Dgd will be here today but not till later.

We got parts and supplies for upcoming projects yesterday from the list.
We plan to do more painting some touch up for me on what we did yesterday and outside stuff as it is not raining but is windy.
Mower up keep, and deck rail repair it on the list.
Two more gates to install.
Two door handles to put on.
Not all have to be done today we are making progress as we go along in time yea us! Learning as we go.

Swish n swipe in one bathroom done.
Did dishes after mixing up for some danish at dgd's request.

I have a busy day with a messy kitchen and family room (people coming to do repairs)
first things first: straighten the 2 rooms - where ever I go - mess follows me I am beginning to realize that "I AM" the problem (well also the dogs are with me where ever I go as well ).

LadyM, how did you manage to take the infusion and get everything else on your agenda done? Do you have a clone you're not telling us about?

What sort of fumes, Nancy? Were they keeping you up?

I hope all the repairs go smoothly, blessed.

Boy, am I sleepy! I think I will make some tea. Then maybe I will do some chores around the house before doing payroll. Maybe some physical activity will get my motor running.

Nancy - Congratulations! You are an inspiration to me.

DD10 has been delivered to school wearing swimsuit (and cover up). Today's school hours will be spent playing at the park. Fishing at the pond, playing baseball/softball and staying cool in the water park are their activities. I made DD10 leave her 25 lb backpack and an additional shoulder strap binder at home. I do believe she might have experienced separation issues going to school without them. She took a much smaller backpack with beach towel, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. In addition to the small backpack DD10 carried in her hands her water bottle, a gift for a friend that is moving away today, and two books. In hindsight, I probably shouldn't have picked this battle and just let her take all the backpacks stuffed to the limit and let everything get wet, muddy, and stepped on. Where oh Where is that child raising instruction book when I need it???

DS13 has already finished his homeschool assignments for the day. I took him to his worksite. He is mowing the yards at rental homes this morning.

When you say each room, do you mean you are kind of in a single room or can everyone there see each other or chat?

They reminded me of semi-private hospital rooms. A room for two patients with a curtain in the middle of the room dividing it. I couldn't see who was on the other side of the curtain (no one was there). Both sides of the curtain could both see the solid door leading to the hallway. There was one bathroom in the room for us to share.

I have golf ball size knot at the sites where I received the meds yesterday. I am gently massaging them and they seem to be reducing in size as the hours pass.

I knew I was too busy yesterday but I didn't realize how maxed out I was until this morning. I discovered this morning that I was within a hundred steps of my daily goal yesterday. I always check my step count to make sure I make my goal, but yesterday there was too much going on and checking my step count fell through the cracks. I could have reached my goal with one more minute of walking.....if I had only known. OHs well.....

I've forgotten, Lady M, how often do you have to have an infusion?. (BTW I always request a butterfly now for blood draws -I'm such a hard stick).

I'm trying to put together just what I have to do for each of the things I need to do this last week here. Today I'm concentrating on my conference call with my lawyer at 5pm. Hoping that all goes well and perhaps that he has some good news for me? DD plans to be here with me for that call. Have no idea what he'll ask or want from me. Hoping it's all good.

Going to school with dd for a 6:30 Senior FFA Awards ceremony. She's been told she HAS to attend. My thought is she's to receive some award for helping them out so much this year. Know their class is right down the hall from her. She spent almost 3 hours at S addle C reek yesterday -she'll be teaching a Logistics class(es) for them next year. They paid her for 3 hours of her time. Plus the school is giving her 50 hours this summer to 'learn' the new curriculum. As she's looked over the state standards she's seen that most of it she already knows so it should be good.

Don't know why but I'm finding I'm somewhat nervous about this call this afternoon -so trying to think of everything I know to remain calm and forge on ahead.

Fumes were from painting the half of the basement rec. yesterday.
I remembered what kept me up it was windy and a branch from the roses on the arbor was squeaking.
Fumes are better I tried some thing put vanilla in a pan of water 0n the stove is helping.
I turned it down to low after it was going good after a couple of minutes.
It is still windy here today till 5 is the forecast.

I agree - I heard someone say they wished that when a parenting moment would come up that the right answer would show up in a little bubble over their heads - and new answers for the new predicaments send out words of encouragement and advice for the parent.
I hope your bump from the shot goes down fast.

Not exactly sure why I'm feeling nervous, Blessed. Is it because I fear he'll tell me that we'll get no compensation for all my medical bills -which are well over $5,000 at this point? Also nervous I guess about whether I'll need a court date -really hoping that is not the case. For one thing I plan to be going north in a little over a week or so and not coming back till mid-late October. Another thing is I somehow need to let this lawyer know that I'm definitely not through healing yet. Still a lot going on with my upper teeth and my hand. I'm trying to make my hand/fingers get better instead of more stiff and painful. At any rate I expect this part will be over by 5:30 today -maybe even sooner I can hope.

Need to get something done with my hair before dd and I have to leave for school later. Not going to really dress up for this evening if I can help it. Wear what I have on at the moment plus do a little makeup.

I have to get that A T T billing figured out but just don't feel I can do it today. Then it'll be on to figuring out my dental insurance. Dh did say I have a second check there so I'm figuring the compensation for after I took out the additional dental rider is in effect now. So, probably the only one I have to figure out is my first visit in February which my initial insurance did pay some ($124) but that amount has neither been sent to me or to the dentist. So have to address. One thing at a time is all my brain can handle and today it's the lawyer.

I will pray that you will be compensated for the medical bills! Please tell us later how it went.
I am praying for your hands and muscles to feel less tight. I know I am not allowed to go back to physical therapy for my ankles - 12 visits was all the insurance would allow. I am sorry you have to deal with all of this especially now that you are ready to go up north again!

take your time with today - things will be there tomorrow - today just take care of you before your appointment.
