dh is off to the store - he has been sitting all day but says he is fine.
] I have been looking for my dressier shorts and can't find them. mmmm
I worked in the rain for about 3 hours.
I finished planted the extra corn and pumpkins
the sunflowers are popping up
I put all the plants not planted, are now in one spot of the patio so dh can water them if necessary. I don't think he will have to bc we are supposed to have rain on Friday and it is pouring now.
The tree cutters were going to come today but I think won't happen today but I will leave dh a check for them if they do come in the next couple days.

The mirror company came and put the new mirror up in the bathroom. what a difference!

I have to pick up a check book for d mom at her apartment bc she is running out of them. She hasn't been home for 3 years so she is doing pretty well. my d brother handles all her bills etc.

What's next:
I need a nice warm shower and brush out my hair. do a personal pedicure.
try on the new pants I bought yesterday.
pack my suitcase
finish laundry and put away
vacuum first floor and bona wipe it.
change one cat litter that I missed yesterday

tonight charge my phone and computer.

go to my mom's apartment her in town and get the checks

hope to see you soon! have a great afternoon
it is always a joy to be here with you!

You were supposed to be ordinary, not fancy, (((Twins'))). Get that medicine in you ASAP please.

Feel better, Ramblin'. That sounds so alarming that it came on that fast.

Last night I took blessed's comment about "rat's nest" to heart and washed my hair, S2Slippers before bed.

But forgot to get a get-well card ready and then forgot this a.m. that I didn't have it - no reason to make the mail. Sigh. So another day of postponing some niceties that would mean a lot.

Also a tada, I had toted the big watering can 5 or 6 times around the house. Umpphhff. Guess that could make me forget genteel correspondence, too. Organic fertilizer (let's be honest - this stuff is probably mostly bat and earthworm poopings) mixed well and I'm hopeful the plants are happy.

Insurance agent called. Putting a new roof on here gave us a discount. It should pay for itself in approximately 100 years. ;)

Blessed - Safe travels!

I came home to a confused DH. He talked to his DMom about needing to make a change. She wasn't against it, so he is taking that as a positive sign. He talked to our family doctor and got his recommendation of company/person to call for home health care. As Dh was explaining to me the information this person gave him, it didn't make sense. I asked if he wanted to talk to the agency together and he did. So we had about a 15 minute phone conversation with her and now DH is fully understanding the services they offer (and what services they don't offer). It is similar to hospice care but with more social services and volunteers involved. It sorta clinched the deal when we found out the daughter of our CPA (lifelong friend) is one of their volunteers that will be visiting DMIL. DH will verify with his siblings this evening and then will most likely be implementing the home health service tomorrow for his DMom. It is 100% covered by Medicare.

DDIL called this afternoon and we talked for over an hour. She called to invite DS13 to the bikefest next weekend in their town. I want to check to see if I can get plane tickets for DS13 to fly there. Because he is a minor, I can't buy his ticket online so I will have to call someone connected to airlines. ANYway - I thought of Twins when DDIL told me about the wedding they attended last weekend in CA.....which resulted in dozens of her friends & family testing positive for c19 afterwards. hum....I just realized the two subjects being related ....flying and testing positive for c19. Maybe I should drive DS13 there instead of flying?

I made a big pan of stir-fry for supper. It makes my tastebuds, stomach & macros happy.
