Hi! Big day today. We drove to the airport late this morning. We all sat in the waiting room and Sunny's dson came to say goodbye. We had. A nice visit till she needed to go through security. We stood there quite a few minutes chatting with J. DH waited on a bench outside and I brought the car around. Later when I could check, I saw her flight had landed. Ii i've gotten a text that she was on her way home.

DH just came in and said it felt odd without her here. I agree.

So I have lots to catch up on here. Laundry baskets full, also my email box.

B B soon.

Well, hallelujah! I am feeling a bit more fabulous -- FINALLY -- because I have finished the WHB vacuuming. Yes, it is after 10:00 pm. (Keeping in mind, this totally overlooks the guest room, "kids room," shared bath, and study -- BUT -- the main part of the house is DONE. And it's been a long time coming.)
And even though our thermostat stays set at 74, I still worked up a sweat doing this. Shaking my head...

DGD is here for the first Friday in three weeks, and she has been having fun. She helped a little bit with the vacuuming, ;) and she has had her bath now.
Tomorrow, I will probably need to get some groceries for dmom and write out a few checks for her. She has a bit of a tremor and doesn't "trust" her handwriting most of the time.
Also in the cards for tomorrow -- change sheets. I saw most of you did that today.

I'm so glad to have the floors vacuumed. That is ALL I did -- no zone work, no furniture (except for bathroom countertops), but it still makes me feel like the house is cleaner. It makes my back hurt too... but I'm glad it's done. I didn't do any of Flylady's missions for the week, either. I think I should probably concentrate on the WHB and DAILY routines, like she says, before I worry about the zones. Just getting into some sort of habit for the basics would be an improvement in my energy/motivation level.

*** OH *** I didn't get here in time to wish Sunny a good trip back. Hope you have a safe flight and a nice return. :D
Tomorrow is another day.
