Happy Day to dc, Mystery! Sweet of you to put in so much thinking about their gift.

Yes, we did have rain, to the point things look "clobbered".

I gave another petunia "haircut". So counter-intuitive. Cutting away prettiness now in order to give a better chance to new growth later. I'd done it in two areas previously - one seems to have flourished but the other seems to have succumbed to sprawling flowers around it, and is in retreat. I think it does make a difference if there's a lot of "competition" for space. I hope we can eventually see a re-emergence.

Extra laundry now tumbling. Need to get some folding done before bed.

Lost my email again. Just exhausting. Another set of know-it-all "techs". Another long time on hold, cut off once. Another attempt to explain that, no, they have no more fixed the problem than the last dozen people. I did finally make a point, perhaps, telling one tech to please look back over our "few weeks" of trouble she was noticing about our account and see if she did not see, instead, that it was many months. Yes, she did of course, but she still introduced me to the next tech  by saying I'd had "a few weeks" of problems. I protested to both. Again. Temporary use of email again - they say : "can't possibly cause you problems again". I told them that was what everybody else had said, and that they had literally done no more than a glorified reset of my password, which I could have done without them.

HRH has made his new password a rude phrase including their company name. I was disapproving at first, but by late today, I get it. Easy to remember.
