Fasting after 8 — hmmm… well, again, exercise left me kinda shaky, and I had 2 pb crackers. Then, since it is apparently our tradition here in College Town that we go out for ice cream, I had ONE scoop of peach sorbet.

All was well today, we made the trip fine, kids had time to swim for awhile, nephew arrived and has already gone to bed. Dgrands are asleep. Very peaceful around here now.
