Kitchen cards are done.
Personal AM cards are done
2022 habit spreadsheet has been updated.
Kids have been woken up and started on their day.
We will leave for church in 20 minutes.

Re: Sunday PWYC Sept 18
thank you all for the birthday wishes - I wasn't able to come back as I ended up with a migraine and slept all day and all night - but I still had a wonderful birthday. My family spoiled me rotten. I feel truly blessed!
d lady thank you for starting us today.
I would love to hear about your habit spreadsheet works some time!
have a lovely time at church.
hello to all!
what I am looking at.
a very visually cluttered house. time to take care of that!
we have a b day party for my great niece.
today I feel like I had been run over - at least my head does - I have to take better care of myself.
ta ta- sis boom bah - rah rah rah
time to play some music and release the visual clutter that has hit my kitchen and family room.
I need to water the new plantings.
This week focus:
billing and checking
weed around the zones
plant the ground cover thyme - I only have 5
pull the flagstone - dig out the dirt that has formed over the years - put down more sand, pea gravel - set stones, put pea gravel in-between stones
move the bricks to the one area
slowly move the compost to the back and lay it on veg garden parts that are empty.
paint if I can
FOR ME:
REMEMBER THAT THE FIRST FROST IS USUALLY FROM OCTOBER 2 TO OCTOBER 9 BUT CAN HAPPEN AS EARLY AS SEPTEMBER 28TH.

All that sounds pretty good, LadyM! I mean, I can’t even express how much respect I have for you ladies, and how much I treasure your friendship.
(And I don’t recall ever turning down a Rice Krispy treat! LOL!)
Dgrands are at SS with ddil, I just got out of the shower.
I’m having a little vertigo this morning. Not severe, just enough that it is noticeable and a little concerning.
Dh is staying home this morning. Ha! If I don’t get busy I will be too!

CI doing better this morning yea!
Good sleep helps.
Allergies were acting up.
Better now.
S2s happened.
Made out plans for the week, one less meeting still
too much on it but it is what it is I just have to move more.
One thing about the pandemic was more focus but even then I was not able to do everything I wanted or planned!

hello d Lucy!
I also would not turn down a rice crispy treat especially if they have chocolate drizzle.
I pray that your vertigo goes away!
enjoy your time with your dh being home!
d Nancy I am so happy you are doing better!
yay on planning ahead! and yes it has helped to know we can't do everything we have on our plan bc life is unscripted.
waving at you!
so far: spoke to dd younger for an hour.
my d mom didn't take her meds yesterday and today is a wee bit (a lot cranky) the nurse and dd searched the house for the meds and found it in mom's back pack.
Had a nice chat with dh, dd older
washed and dried all the miniature pumpkins but am missing 10 or so. found some in the yard and I am assuming the dogs had something to do with taking them. I have a bag for dd older work, a bag for the family party and I put a bowl of them out and some on the fireplace and kitchen table.
Next: put away imperishable groceries from the day before yesterday. sigh I left the bags in the hall, the kitchen table and on the floor. mmmm
okay - I need to check what time the party is.

Re: Sunday PWYC Sept 18
At piano with dgs now…
Next — baby shower…
Then Wmart, misc weekly tasks.
Y’all, I’m finally going to order that Passionate Penny Pincher planner I’ve talked about for 3 years. It is on special price tonight if any of you are interested. I ordered the Prayerful Planner already, which I really like (and I use it kinda as a gratitude journal and for Bible notes.), but if y’all remember, the PPP has daily tasks, etc. Waaay TOO MANY tasks, actually, but I told dh, I’m not going to be satisfied till I try it.
Both planners will be Christmas gifts from dh.
Stay tuned and we will see what grand changes this makes in my life!
Waving to all!

Re: Sunday PWYC Sept 18
This morning we switched back to attending early church (traditional music). We were going to a later service (contemporary music) so DD11 could attend children church. However, DD11 is now aged out of children church, so we don't have that factoring into our decision of which service.
I stayed in the nursery during small groups. I played with 4 of the sweeties little 1 year old boys. They kept me non-stop busy, and the time just flew by.
I didn't have a lunch menu plan, so we ate at Mexican restaurant in nearby town. They have an amazing Caldo de Pollo (Mexican chicken soup) that I thoroughly enjoyed.
DH has left to stay with his DMom. He took his CPAP with him so he can spend the night there.
DS14 is helping his boss detail a couple of older vehicles (Nova and Camaro) that have been restored.
Next up - take a look at the upcoming week and do a little planning.

Re: Sunday PWYC Sept 18
Hello. Yes, I like the women friendship which for sure I find HERE!
This morning I was up in plenty of time. Friday at study something came up that we had talked about the week before, and our teacher said what she'd told us was not right but we couldn't remember why. So I had time and did a little research and printed out a paper about one group of people we had come across. I found the answer. I will put some time into studying about that, it is all so very interesting. On the way out of church I got into a line with my teacher and was able to tell her the name of the person we were confused about. People from all different churches come to this study, but she just happens to come to our church on Sundays. Anyway, Right, that's it! It is such a joy to do these studies.
After we ate lunch I got all the rubbish gathered and out to the bin for tomorrow.
Then I tackled the next problem. When I was getting ready to go I was putting together a necklace to wear. All of a sudden it slipped from my fingers and down the drain it went. Zip! Outa sight. So this afternoon I asked DH to help me get the trap apart because I couldn't figure out how to do it this morning. I managed to do it and there was the chain but it was stuck to the gizmo that makes the drain plug go up and down so I had to take that apart. I am not a plumber. I am not mechanically minded. I am not limber and strong. But I finally got it fixed and got my chain back. Got the drain and pipes back together ok and DH checked to make sure they were tight enough. The pipes aren't complicated. The drain plug apparatus is. Glad to have my chain back, and I'm going to give it a good cleaning. It wasn't a fine silver or gold one, it was a long heavier one so didn't break.
Think I'll go sit at my desk and read. I need a break.

Re: Sunday PWYC Sept 18
hello again -
hi d harmony! I love your and everyone here's friendship as well!
I love a good study! good for you for looking up the answer!
oh no - I am sorry your necklace went down the sink - I am so happy you were able to get it back! enjoy your break!
----
hi d lady too bad they age them out of children service so young! our near by church does a tween with the younger service still then later they are in a teen service
how fun to play with little ones.
I love Mexican chicken soup as well!
I hope your dh has an easy night tonight.
-----
hi d Lucy - enjoy piano time.
hope the baby shower is fun!
a planner is a lovely gift to get from your dh
waving to you too!
---------------------
cleaned counters then dirtied them again with taking sunflower seeds out of the sunflowers (for later roasting). they are drying now until I get back.
cleaned the counters again.
I need to water the pumpkins for the next bit!
I had to laugh - no one noticed that I cut a good 3+ inches off of my hair - my hair has a natural wave to the point on humid days that it turns wave/frizz.
but generally its a wave which is forgiving if I cut my hair myself. I thought they would notice today but no one said anything.
