!
LadyM, wishing I had a little Micro to snuggle with!
I've s2s, had breakfast, taken meds, and done some other a.m. routine tasks, so I'm on track for the moment. I need to leave in 30 min so I'm good on time.
Still some stomach discomfort this a.m.
Just got a message from cemetery chair asking if I was available for a three-way call right now. No can do!

Re: Tuesday PWYC Ta Da!
I have been binging - that's the bad thing about having cake in the house for me.
today I am going cold turkey as it is the only way.
today is a home and garden weekly blessing. I spoke to dh that we had to work together since the cleaning lady is not coming until next week. I have been having a background headache on and off for the since Saturday. Things haven't been done and I have been feeling temporarily depressed by not keeping up with things like usual.
right now I am roasting the sunflower seeds that we had picked the other day.
waving to all of you!
thank you for starting us d twins I hope your stomach issues go away

Re: Tuesday PWYC Ta Da!
Today Tues. I have trash out to the curb.
Took out some items to be donated to the shed, got em out of the carport and into the shed bc they
are working on the street and it was blocked off at the thrift shop I do drop off donations at.
I got the sheets off the bed and in the wash.
Planning journal & qt done.
Rolled up the hoses & moved the ladder.
Talked to the gutter installers to get a quite for gutter covers they are booked out till Nov. they showed me the type they have and it is better than the others had seen. I am 99% sure they are the same people who put the gutters on and sil contractor uses them also. I double checked with sil and it is the one that he uses. I can do this! Yea me!
Get the cranberry juice ready for later.. Done.
mow nope it does not need it.
Waving.

Re: Tuesday PWYC Ta Da!
Nice! Had over 7 hours sleep last night. Dh says he had an excellent night and was feeling so much chipper this morning. He knows he has to be careful not to over-do. So we'll see how that goes. Would hate to see him put himself right back in the state he's been in for the last 3 months. I kinda think after suffering the way he has for a 1/4 of the year he'll be more aware of what he's doing and should not do.
Next up I think I'll work in the bathroom and finally take care of the laundry from 2 or 3 days ago.
Absolutely, Twins. And I seem to be accomplishing a lot more today. A little rest makes a huge difference. Worked for over half an hour in our bedroom and closets. Still have more to do in there but one step at a time!Any accomplishment, small or large counts!

Re: Tuesday PWYC Ta Da!
Homeschool is done for the day. DS14 attitude makes an enormous difference how quickly we get through the assignments.
Years ago, when DS14 met with counselor regularly, she gave him the phrase "Who are you in charge of?" That phrase has been hanging on the side of refrigerator all these years because we must return to using it over and over. This week that phrase has been in high use. DS14 tends to focus on other people's responsibility instead of taking care of his own business. hum.... Writing this reminds me how useful counseling is. I am going to get DS14 an appt to start meeting with a counselor/therapist again.

Re: Tuesday PWYC Ta Da!
And some ta das already!
I got body work - my foot is inflamed and a little swollen, so not surprising it hurts. I need to change into other shoes now that I'm home. My back is better, I think.
Ta das here:
-A.m. routine done
-found my Fitbit, charged and now wearing
-refilled meds containers for week
-watered some of front porch plants (need to finish!)
I'm going to work on the front porch now while it's still cool. I'll dust and change out pillows etc. for fall. Starting at BOTH. Also need to reboot laundry, etc. Back at 15 after the hour.
LadyM, in my birth family, the phrase was "Whose mother yooooooou?" after a friend of my brother's.

Re: Tuesday PWYC Ta Da!
Progress on appointments for the kids -
Done! Yearly Well Child appointments made for DS14 and DD11 with our family doctor.
Done! called about getting DS14 established with counselor. Did the intake questionnaire on the phone. They will let me know when he has been assigned counselor.
Next up - restock some refrigerator staples = hard boiled eggs, baked potatoes, and prep salad ingredients.
