Haven't had a chance to CUOP and won't tonight.
Just posting that all is well here but I'm very busy with grands. Dgs6 is doing fine here (he's here for 2 nights.) He and dgs1.75 played beautifully together for the few hours they were both here. That was really heartwarming for me.
Dgd comes over tomorrow, weather permitting.
We did a museum yesterday (all 3) and dgs6 and I did one today. Maybe another later in the week. I'm making the most out of my new pass.

Re: New Year Working Wisely Wednesday
Catching up here before bedtime. I've been up a long while. Early trip out to the lab for a blood draw. Goofed up by neglecting to drink some water before I went there. Sat in the waiting room worrying about that especially since this dr. usually orders a urinalysis. I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to produce a few drops. Fortunately she must have forgotten to order that. It's ok, I'm not experiencing any problems.
Most annoying place to sit and wait in. They are usually 30-40 minutes behind schedule. Only good thing (I hope) is they weren't requiring masks from everybody today. They're the last place to give that up.
2:00 was my dental exam. They put my permanent crown in and xrayed each and every tooth. After not being at the dentist for almost 2 years, I have one filling that a tiny chip fell out and that will need fixed, plus one cavity. I made an appointment for that and then I made an appointment for DH to have his checked. He has a tooth that broke off and thinks it should be pulled. Former dentist had told him a long time ago he couldn't do any more work on that tooth. He isn't happy to have this appointment done first, but he has other work to be done too, so we're going to get him fixed up also.
Dee, so sorry to read things aren't going well.
Lucylee, your life sounds like a 3-ring circus! But I do think you are doing well keeping all the plates spinning.
Twins...birds in your belfry! Oh, I guess that was bats. We've had wrens in our shop several times. DH likes to leave them in there and watch them build nests up on the lumber racks. Last time they hatched eggs up there and raised babies. If we didn't leave the door open a couple inches at the bottom, they would sit on the door supports and chirp until we opened it for them.
Ok I'm off to bed. I hope everybody has a good day tomorrow and lots of sleep tonight.
