LadyM has shown us one way to get moving - 250 steps every hour. Some of us walk a dog, and our vigorous house keeping counts as movement too.
Time to move!

Re: Tuesday Time to Move PWYC
I need to get moving this a.m. Ddog needs walk around the block, I need breakfast, and need to be at massage therapists in an hour. And for a little extra movement, I have a workout this afternoon, which I'm frankly dreading right now.
But I need to get moving.

Re: Tuesday Time to Move PWYC
Good Morning!
Twins - Thanks for the start and encouragement.
It feels like my day is one event stacked on top of another. I need to stay focused on the clock, so I don't miss any of them.
6:45am - DD11 woke up and started on her AM routine
7:30 - DD11 delivered to school
8:00 - homeschool with DS14
9:45 - leave to take DS14 to hair cut appt
11:00 - DS14 delivered to his jobsite
11:30- Elderberry lunch (requires a 30 minute drive each way.)
3:30 - DD11 from school
4:00 - take DD11 to her hair cut appt.
DH and I will need to drive separately to lunch. I will be late for that because I am taking DS14 to his appt. I have given DH my lunch order and I hope to arrive at the restaurant by the time the food arrives at the table.
** sigh** I just got a text from our hair stylist saying she is running 10 minutes behind. That means I will arrive 10 more minutes later than I had hoped and miss time spent eating lunch with DFriends.

Happy Belated Birthday, Lynlee!
I have been to the basement doing laundry this morning.
Also got mattress turned.
Trash is at the curb this morning as well for some of my moving around.
I have nearly 1,000 steps in.
I slept well.
Bs was a bit on the low side so had cocoa in my coffee today.
QT & Journaling done.
More laundry and get dressed in a bit.
Waving to everyone!

Re: Tuesday Time to Move PWYC
Will try to post a little. Missed wishing Lynlee a Happy birthday. Figure I’ll be playing catch up for a while. Quickly got ready & got to the hospital. Saw dh’s room on the endoscopy board downstairs but when I got here dh had been down there and back. Evidently his hemoglobin is too low to do the procedure yet. He’s waiting on transfusion now. I’m plain fighting tears at this point. But we’ll get there.
I’m so glad to reside in this village. I know what a boost it’s been over time for so many of us. We do have each other’s backs here.

"The Physicists", returns with "Single Girl Buys a Generator"! Watch as our favorite physicist uses levers, inclined planes, gravity, and friction in a Stooge-worthy attempt to unload a heavy box from a tall SUV! Is she doomed to have a generator in her car for life? Find out in this all new episode!
The cliffhanger: Did she break another metatarsal?
Spoiler Alert!
The mission was successful, and the generator is in its proper place.
The metatarsal is probably NOT broken, but she will mention it to her surgeon who will be operating on the same foot.

Hi everyone! My life is a sitcom. Still doing the document work that never ends. It must be in its finished form Thursday morning early (i.e. Wednesday afternoon late). During payroll I also have: DPC and paperwork related to upcoming surgery. Over lunch I really need to determine my shore excursions for May. I have to leave early for a church trustees meeting.
At home, here is what I would like to get done: guitar practice, workout, usual stuff (cat care, shower, prep for next day), reserve and pay for shore excursions. Things I wish I could get done, but likely will not: get a new purse (mine had to be thrown away and I am using a plastic bag), home email catchup.

Back home again now.
Nearly time to get lunch going.
Sheets are back on the bed now.
My arm is getting better as I use it more today.

(((Dee))) Thinking also of blessed and her DH. Prayers going up.
Glad your arm is getting better, Nancy.
Another lazy day here — this time, stayed up too late watching TV. They had a crossover of all the NCISes; a ratings stunt, I’m sure, but it worked.
Laundry is next up here — probably a load of DH’s shirts, which will get me a few more steps in as I have to go upstairs to gather hangers first. I prefer the tubular hangers for the shirts since I hang them while they’re still a bit damp. It’s a bit of a shame, as DH has a bunch of wire hangers that his mother covered with yarn (I’m not sure if it counts as knitted or crocheted; it looks a lot like casting on), but I don’t want to risk rust or such. At some point, I will have to work on this year’s medical binder — paperwork has started arriving.

Elizabeth, I am reading between the lines here, hoping you did not drop said generator on your foot.

I am back from my mammogram. It was not horrible. They never are, just an annoying procedure. I always come away thinking that boo bs are overrated!
I am taking it easy here despite having lots to do. However, my right arm is really sore, shoulder and upper arm. I suppose it is from the gutter work yesterday. My hips and legs are fine from the up and down on the ladder. I am just giving my arm a break today.
Well, that's all from this corner of the world. It is cool today with a cloudless beautiful blue sky. Would be a good day to do outside work, but I guess I'll have to wait on that.
