Saw some VERY DISTURBING coverage of that beating on the news tonight. I hope some police lose their jobs for what they did. Grrr...
Dh wanted cheeseburgers from the Cuban/Argentinian restaurant here in tiny town for his supper. I heated up my Indian leftovers and couldn't even finish them.

Re: Saturday Solutions
Made up another batch of cookies.
Got the dresser where I wanted it.
Dinner was early as bs was low.
Showered took a rest break and am starting to wind down now.
I have been knitting a bit and then went to the sewing room to prep. a couple of projects I want to seam up next.

Re: Saturday Solutions
That topic choice was the result of a lot of thinking I've had to do. Various puzzles regarding what to wear, how to schedule days, what to buy, etc., these days. It has me in pondering mode a lot.
However, I regret posting without realizing I was missing seeing some posts from last night. So sorry to hear of blessed's dh's troubles with trac, for intance.
Bibs - I think someone should invent (because i don't have time to invent it) large bibs that look masculine. If we can have bbq-ing aprons out there that have the look of something completely different, why not the large bibs that look normal? A shirt look, sweater look, collar look maybe, even if polo and buttons. I can see it but don't have time to create.
I had to be in a rush today to schedule everything. I visited my colorist early, then stayed up long enough for hair to dry and did not even get a meal. Took a nap, then, to feel well for a long haul of taking care of ds' children. Got up in time for one meal and off I went. As a matter of fact - just thinking - I've still got to dry and fold towels I washed that are in the dryer.
Ds had to give out awards at their dept's annual Award Banquet. Ddil was prepared to stay home if I couldn't do this but I had my strength up and was ready to go, no problem. They had first asked dd24 but she is on her work trip.
The children and I had a good time making "movies", also "camping" (real camping tent indoors) and watching Carol Burnett's new (new to me. I don't know much.) program about children. Our green-eyed boy says to me, "Grandma, I bet you would know who Carol Burnett is." Why yes, yes I would.
Btw: her 90th birthday 2-hour special will air April 26th.
Stickers - I did a couple, too, Harmony. Not too much - I need to be aware that I'm not making art here and am not perfectionist-ing. I've been putting something up at the Monday top of each set of weekly pages to show what Clean/Declutter week(s) it is, and that's been working well to keep my attention on the rooms-at-a-glance. If the perfect thing isn't a sticker, I either glue-stick or tape it right then and keep going. This week a funny snowman repurposed from note pad.

Re: Saturday Solutions
So I needed a nap. Then I made us a dinner which was something fast and easy. I'm disappointed that I didn't get more done on my list, but I had planned on working on it today and tomorrow, getting more organized this weekend. The couple things that were absolute necessities are done and a couple were ones that absolutely had to get done this weekend. Forcing myself to remember tomorrow is another day.
