Dee, I think that is wonderful that your DSons are doing all that work for you.
So today I 'recharged my spirit'. I went early to our brunch so I could help with setup. The sharing was wonderful, the food was delicious and there was way too much of it. I will miss my Friday mornings with this wonderful group of people. There is a big group of men who have their own class also and they have the most wonderful leader for them. When I went to get my container back I offered leftover fruit to whoever was there getting theirs. A couple ladies took a whole bunch. My refrigerator is stocked here.
On the way home I stopped at the battery place and got my battery replaced in my gold watch. I'd bought a replacement policy when I first got the battery. It was only a couple dollars more than a regular new battery. My receipt says it lasted almost 7 years. The clerk said that must be wrong, their shelf life isn't near that long. But I showed him the receipt and we are both surprised it lasted that long. I guess I got lucky. I wear it every Friday morning and every Sunday at church. Unless I put on the silver watch, which I also have a replacement battery policy for.
Took me a while to empty the car and put everything away. I had a big box of sand to put back into DH's buckets. (that was part of our centerpiece). I was snacking as I worked along. Now I think I'll sit a bit for a rest.
RRose, I hope you feel better soon.

If you talk slowly, it didn't do too badly.
If I read the words with a deep Southern accent, it helps!
Dh and I did the grocery shopping. That went fine. I got some printing done on my computer. Another bonus. But then I sputtered and then dh suggested we walk over for a pizza dinner out at the good pizza place and we did and I sputtered to a complete stop.
I need to be out the door by 6:30 tomorrow morning so the high priority item right now is moving the car seat around so it is set up dgs who I pick up at 6:45. And I also need to baby proof. (It is half done since I didn't put everything back after Tuesday.
The other grands are coming over tomorrow, too, so it will be a zoo here.

What accent?
"Okay, guess what!" (from dgs) New baby cousin Abby (Abbie?) has arrived at 7 pounds exactly and is just fine, although he did have to ask if she is for sure a girl because the first photo looked like a scrunched-up man's face, lol. Following photos looked quite sweet and sleepy.
I'm so happy for the boys, yet can see their frustration that visiting is out of the question because they have EOG testing coming up. I'm sure the little family needs time to settle for a while. I wish dd43 could suddenly appear like Elves and the Shoemaker, though, because she is a qualified caregiver for the little boy and could really let her dsisil get rest.
LadyM, I was amused that you turned yesterday's through-line Thursday into such a "line's through" day, lol. Good job on all that you got done.
Ramblin', I hope you are out of that shadow soon!
HRH took me out to lunch at the nearest Thai place. The lady who owns it talks to HRH a mile a minute, asking about each of the children and telling him about her family. We enjoyed it. Food was excellent.
We had other errands, but ran into a locked door and realized one place had gone home after a half-day Friday. Sigh. Did get to pick up one package we'd been informed was waiting for pickup.
