Harmony, I posted in h and f our experience with specialty YouTubes for tinnitus. Some people have benefit from various water sounds like waterfall/waves/trickling streams, some from cricket/treefrog/nature. Hrh seems helped by just rain, not thunder or snowstorm wind. Anyway, just a thought. Hoping for your relief. I will ponder chapping - wish I could help.
I am in phone because waiting on dd43 to text update re: her dmil and dbil in wreck now in er. Seems like knee injury for mil is worst of it. Her dbil had one of the cars which allows engine to fall down upon impact may have saved from worse. Photo of accident looks awful. Not her dbil's fault but other guy has no ins so that may yet cause worries.
Sigh phone is hard sorry

Sorry for bad news of dmil and dbil in the wreck. Glad it's not worse.
Thank you for other news, I will go down and read. My GP has white noise going in her exam room which I must wait for way too long and it makes me nervous. Rain noise might be ok, the wind noise she has is awful. I should be used to this noise, I've had it for many years. However, ears seem to be clogged (not really, just air pressure type like when we're up in airplane). Cause of the clog is the same as my hands and probably my lips, allergy to something. Causes the discomfort and eczema on my hands which flairs now and then. I suspect my lip/skin and my ears have just had a flair. I don't know what the cause is. But I've omitted 2 cups of coffee today.
TV on helps, my brain focuses on the tv and ignores the ears. Sleep is hard, I have no TV in that room.
Nancy, I just get Lysol in a big concentrated bottle and put a small amount in a bucket of water. Lysol now comes in several nice scents. First one I had was pomegranate and I liked that but can no longer find it. Then I had orange which was nice, right now I have lemon which is very "fresh". I do get up on a stepstool (2 steps) and I just wipe with a rag. For some reason I don't get much oily or greasy dust up there (refrigerator) just a lot of dust. My china closet is a painted surface so I just do the same with that. I put the same solution diluted with a bit more water in a spray bottle and use that for spots wherever I'm wiping something. I've never found anything I liked better than this. Lysol is supposed to disinfect also. But I don't buy it for that, I like the scents.

Re: Monday - reset your week - June 19th
Dh ordered a product by mail — Tinnitus 911 —
Website is wecare@phylagesupport.com
Dh swears it has helped, I don’t know if it’s just psychosomatic or what, and I don’t remember how much it costs. Dh is a sucker for tv ads.
I’m so sorry you’re having such a hard day, Harmony, and also for your dd’s in-laws, Harriet!
And so sad to hear Dee s still in such serious condition.
Lots of prayers going up for our SHEs and their families tonight.
I texted daunt, and asked “y’all doing okay?” Her reply — “not really.”
Still needing prayers for that situation.
I am staying on track somewhat — laundry is underway and I s/s the bathrooms.
