What do I need to look for in a laptop/chrome book?
Without spending an arm and a leg?

Not on much of a fast track today, but seems like I've been busy, and constantly interrupted by dh...
I swear, sometimes it seems we are speaking two different languages.

Up, s2s, breakfast...
Renter came and paid rent...
Placed amazon order for dh...
Helped dh lay out meds for next week...
Went to post office, grocery store, and bank... (grocery store for dh's lunch tomorrow)
Called to check on dmom...
Home
Lots of time with dh on computer, seeing that there is LOTS of construction work around stadium for tomorrow... checking routes, etc...
Called bank to check deposits...
Realized the cherry juice that had leaked in the refrigerator had not only made one shelf sticky, but had dripped underneath the produce drawers... Cleaned that up... what a mess...
Talked to ds for a bit...
Talked to dbil for a bit...
Read the paper...
Tomorrow is another day.

Lucy L. My cromebook is the larger 17" screen. It has a touch screen I think all the new ones have them now.

=====
I walked the ddog some more and I have cornbread going in the oven for dog treats now.
This part of the walk really helped my outlook on life.
I have a plan for dinner.

Talked with dd. Dgd is not staying here tomorrow sort of relieved.
Got a thing I'e been meaning to do all summer done got the broken pots & cups out of the bottom of the big planter yea!

It is strangly quiet here without DS15.

DD12 and I spent the afternoon in the city shopping for her. Books are always a top item for her. It is very rare for DD12 to agree to shop for clothes or shoes. If allowed I think DD12 might wear the same clothes every day of the week. She does not care about clothes AT ALL. She wore her pants backwards today! I asked why she had her pants on backwards. DD12 looked down and said "I wondered why they felt different"

I am ready to call it a day and relax for the remaining couple of hours.

LOL, LadyM! Dgs came over Tues and ddil looked at him when she let him out and said,”Have you had your pants on backwards all day?”
He was just like your dd — “No wonder they felt different.”

Ok, confession time. I got dressed in such a hurry for the wedding that I put on my palazzo pants backwards. And didn't notice until I went to the bathroom hours later. I looked carefully and they appear to be same in both directions, but sheesh! (I had just changed a very dirty diaper when suddenly the photographer wanted me to come and take pictures of me with ds, so I was in a rush, distracted, and thankful the dirty diaper came before either I or dgs had changed!)

Today was a complete write off. I did accomplished one load of laundry and refilled the vitamins. Fed myself. Didn't do dishes. Need to go to bed now.
