Thanks for getting the village opened up today, Nancy. This one just got out of bed this morning. I need another cup of coffee and then I'll walk ddog.

I've discovered that dh is staying in more on Saturdays so he can watch FL State football. Turns out today, tho, it's the same time as TN.

Good Morning!

Our Saturday started normal time. It felt good to be up and going because I wanted to and not have to. IYKWIM.

DH went to 8am men's breakfast and brought home a takeout box of breakfast foods that was extra. Scrambled eggs, homemade biscuits, sausage country gravy, bacon and sausage.

DS15 is not happy with me because I have veto'd him going to a supernatural horror flick. I told him to pick a different movie and I would approve of him going with his girlfriend. EVERYone has an opinion, mine is that p0rn and/or horror movies don't have an upside.

I have selected and ordered new lights for the kitchen THREE TIMES from three different places (Sam's, Lowes and HomeDepot). All three of the orders were accepted and then later cancelled due to being out of stock. Really? Kitchen lights are hard to get? I guess I will have to physically go to the stores and see what they have on the shelf since the warehouses are out of stock.

My 3 cards for this hour -
** Rabbit care - feed, water, move to fresh grass
** Refill ice cube trays
** Plan Math for next week DS15 homeschool. Put the assignments on his calendar.

thank you d Nancy for starting us today!!!
hi d twins!!!
hi d lady - I 100 % agree! there is no upside.

hi d everyone!!!

dogs are play fighting over a pine cone.

I think I have to be selfish today so the goal is to not make lists but see what is in front of me and work on what I see.
dd older said I have been serious the last couple days and that it's time to lift my spirits for myself again.

dd younger could see that I am not doing my usual routines and that it is sending my ADHD all over the place. I have to rework my cards to add mom to the mix but in a healthy way. dd younger said the only one who is putting expectations and restrictions on myself is me. She said mom will adapt.

1. go over and give mom breakfast and meds/remind her that she has lunch with my uncle. :D
2. store: puff pastry, eggs, a teeny tiny bottle of cognac - nope- too expensive- for cooking, :D

only one who is putting expectations and restrictions on myself is me.
Being the boss of ourselves can be a blessing and/or a detriment (IMHO).

Cards for this hour -
1. get mail from the road. Open and process
2. Eat yogurt (healthy reasons - Probiotic, protein, fermented dairy)
3. Process email received in the last 24 hours.
4. Exceed 250 steps

Got up but was tired so drank coffee and watched tv till 10am.

Got dressed and headed for our club house as we had a flag raising ceremony for Veterans Day. Really enjoyed it.

Came home a while ago and am getting ready to watch some tv while eating lunch. It’s suppose to be a record breaking 90’… am I still inAZ!!!… so don’t plan to do much outside.

It’s ok cause for some reason I’m really tired today… must be my meds.

BP 103/76 pulse 60 this morning at 7 am. My BP jumps all over the place, but usually in th OK range.

I'm tired today too, RR. I walked the dog only one lap, but did an extension to the top of the hill. I'm impressed with how much my cardio health has improved. Very little huffing and puffing going up.

Dh is watching TV and I'm writing. I'm trying to pick up on things I dropped last summer when I started on Q revisions.

Hi!

Dh took me out for lunch for burgers. I also bought a pair of snow pants for dh to give me for Christmas. I used his bank card to buy them.

We didn't have wieners and beans for supper last night, so we will have them tonight.

Overcast morning and the sun is trying to show through the clouds, but not quite doing it.

swept leaves I will save them till spring as compost over the flower beds as they fall.
It is quite breezy outside here with gusts.
PJ day at church for the kids sounds like they do not have heat either skipping that one.
