Since my "15's" were taking about an hour each last night, I'm taking a different approach today -- working off the list. First up....
Stairway
-- get ladder
-- take down ... umm.... summer decorations...
-- clean and dust ledges
-- haul Christmas decor out
-- decorate ledge above sliding glass doors
-- put away .. umm... spring decorations...
-- put away extra Christmas decorations
-- take down ladder
-- dust end table & chair
-- sweep and mop floor
-- see if sliding glass doors need cleaning
geez... a lot of steps for a little space. I just had a huge revelation about why posting on forums helps me -- I mean, besides the GREAT and FABULOUS company. In the games, I tend to break down tasks into all the little steps it takes to get there. When not using a forum, I'll make a general list, but all the details kind of get jumbled up in my head. The vagueness of it ends up overwhelming me. Making the complete step-by-step list puts it in order in my head. I wonder if that's why I like games like Tetris - where all the blocks line up and fit together perfectly. hmm... Does that make any sense to anyone else?
