Ahem, Harriet, perhaps 6800 steps was too much yesterday? that included once around w dfriend M and Millie, and up to the pool and back too. I did ice my arm twice yesterday for a long periods both times. And no trouble falling asleep either.
when dh gets in from his workout we both get quick showers and we're due at doc's office at 9 am, This is gp, five minutes away.

I'm playing the number game today. What is the number game? I don't have a clue but it includes lots of numbers. Maybe someone will make up a game, guidelines, and prizes.
My numbers so far today
1937 steps
23 cards
2 loads of laundry
2 bags of trash to the road
2 hourly challenges
2 trips outside with dogs
2 miles driven to drop DD12 off at school
100 dollars paid on DD12 lunch fund.
2 dogs put outside in the back yard
14 emails handled
3 rabbits fed, watered and cages moved to fresh grass

Re: Tuesday PWYC Ta Da!
Hi!
I don't feel like I have accomplished anything today. Dh had his bloodwork appt for urologist this afternoon. He has another bloodwork appointment in a couple of weeks for cardiologist...
It's overcast here today but no wind and very little rain.
After the customer picks up their car, I hope I can burn the stuff that is piled up on the firepit.
Cottage roll tonight. I have cabbage, carrots and potatoes and onions that get tossed into the pot after the meat has been cooking for a while. No idea why it is called a cottage roll. Similar to "corned beef" but it is pork.
I think the car just got picked up. I hear voices outside.

Re: Tuesday PWYC Ta Da!
Thanks LadyM for the B’day wishes
Started out quiet till I realized the horrendous storm last night knocked over one of my sunnies pots. Went outside to right it, winds came back and knocked them over again. Sweetie and I spent another two hours re-staking the sunnies and fixing the pot. We have another huge storm predicted for today.
My mouth is feeling better, but still on soft foods. We’re going to Dairy Queen tonight for my birthday. Ice cream and milk shakes qualify as soft foods don’t you think

Yum! Make the most out of those birthday soft foods, RR!
Doc appointment went well. He was able to access the surgical report and gave us a copy.
Dh came through and walked the dog and did a few things to help me. I've refilled meds and vitamins and got a return ready to send back. Made my own breakfast and I'm running dishwasher too. I have a cover for my arm for showering coming today. The one I'm using is so oversized most of my leg would fit. Hoping I'll be able to shower independently going forward.
