Yes, Kathryn, like I said, when I would tease dh and tell him if something happened to him, I'd be selling that truck to Dcousin as soon as his funeral was over, he'd just laugh, and say something like, "You don't like this truck? There's nothing wrong with this truck." He knew there was LOTS wrong with the truck, we were just joking back and forth with each other. He always liked my cousin; they both suffered with gout, and in fact, the week dh died, he asked me to text Dcousin and see what medicine he was taking, what foods irritated him, etc. Thanks for the reassurance. DH would not want the truck to be a burden to me, which it sorta is.
While he was living, we did need two vehicles sometimes. Now, between DS and myself, we have 3 drivers and 6 vehicles, counting this truck. DS has his truck and my dmom's, which he may want to sign over to me, but which he is definitely thinking may still be useful 4 years from now when DGS starts driving. DGS would NOT be driving dh's 1988 truck on a daily basis, but he might like dmom's truck. DS's truck is crew cab (?) (4 door, has a back seat, easily seats the four of them). Dmom's truck (which was ds's for college) has only the standard bench seat, but it has a bedcover, which is sometimes useful, sometimes an annoyance -- but between the two, we're covered for about whatever we need.

Re: Well... it's Wednesday, What's Up?!
I watched 20 more min. of a movie and made an attempt at getting the counters in better shape.
But the jars are still there I"ll use em for soup, prob. tomorrow.
I looked that the pretty soup pots I'd gotten and decided I needed to use em.
So I talked with my dsis about the soup, I have the stuff for it in the house now.
No taco mix but I have the spices for it and I have chili so I could add that as I forgot the beef.
I do like having soup or some thing in the freezer to thaw out.
Got the watering done this evening neighbor dog just stood there when I sprayed the fence line and
enjoyed it so I let him have a good shower! LOL! My dog is not that fond of the water.
LM I think of what main meal I want to cook & have and get my supplies around that.
Like if I am going to do a roast usually a pork one & get that and the veg. I keep on hand for it.
Last week my chicken stock with veg. soup just hit the spot.
Lusy L. thanks for letting us know how your meeting went.
