LadyM…16 year old boy and his toys.. a story as old as time. I remember when Sweetie and I were growing up I only saw him from his feet up to his knees cause he was always under his car doing something

I went out and did a wee bit of gardening pruned back some roses and
got the sprinkler going. It's six now so glad I could do that.
Some nice weather then more heat later next week.
Had an early dinner.
Got the table more presentable.
I soaked my feet.
Hope you are getting ready for a great week!

Things ds here did simply using a window, include lazy hunting by cutting a square out of the screen, and exiting that way at least once I know of. "Lifting" trucks got him a cheap (but large) car-show trophy, a dwindling bank account, and a ticket for having installed something wrong. Now his job includes the counseling of young people joining the fire service about financial decisions re: a new, relatively modest income vs. peer pressure.

I've had to send an appt request to my general practitioner office. I don't know if it will be fruitful. On their online listings, no one has an appt until Sep 3, not even the brand new NP. Just getting worse and worse with this cough. Sleep is very disturbed. They may say UC. Ugh.

Dstepson came and brought herbs from dstepdil.

Dd44 reports a migraine yesterday in which WonderBoy found her curled in the LR floor hugging their coffee table. She says it was more comfortable on the floor??? She is better but says she still feels it. No aura to warn this time.

I FOUND THE CAR AND TRUCK TITLES!
They were in a place I had looked before, but I was looking for a full-page, yellow sheet of paper. These are smaller papers, one blue and one red. Still feeling nervous about selling the truck, but definitely relieved to have these two papers in hand.

Otherwise this day has been another long quiet day… lots of sleep and just rest, trying to recuperate enough to go to dgs’ game tomorrow, plus run some errands tomorrow.

Got emotional tonight also… it’s just hard. I STILL feel that I am in a stage of shock and denial. It has been 19 weeks and sometimes it seems like a thousand years. And sometimes it still seems like yesterday. I just can’t stop and let myself think or I start crying. It’s like I can’t really believe or accept that this is how my life is going to be from now on.
And I am so concerned about ds/ddil imposing on dbil and his fiancé, asking them to take dgs to ballgame because I’m scared to drive alone, or I’m unable to get up early enough to go on Saturdays.
I watched tv till 6:00 this MORNING. I completely have my days and nights mixed up.
Tomorrow is another day.
