Waving to all I have slept well yea!
Walked to to corner coffee in hand in the pre dawn hour and was entranced by the lites in the distance it was quite magical for me until a
couple of rigs drove by.
Got my QT and 1/2 of my journaling done saving the other for reflections later on in my day.
I have trash to the curb it's Tues. trash day here.

Good morning!

My day is off to a good start. Personal AM, DD13 to school, morning mile, chatted with DH and DS16 as they have their day in progress. DS16 boss did break bones in his back. Not sure about the details but Sam is home but out of commission for several weeks. It appears now DS16 job tasks will be more of Sam's personal go-fer than a farm hand. This morning DS16 instructions are to go to local farm store for an extension cord then go to the city and pick up a beef from the meat processor. DS16 isn't too sad about the switch of job tasks because he will be driving Sam's new 2025 pickup with all the bells and whistles while doing these errands today. That is a far cry from DS16 28 year old vehicle.

I was creative in the kitchen again this morning. I was sautéing a vegetable medley when my eyes fell upon a jar of mixed nuts. Hum.....What would happen if I put some nuts in this dish? There is only one way to find out. : roll: It was surprisingly very good. The texture took some getting used to, but I believe nuts will be a frequent addition.

yesterday was a lack of focus day - it happens and it's past - moving forward is a good thing! a new day - yay!

I have to hire someone for mom in the morning. I don't mind afternoon and evening but my normal 2 can turn into 3 times a day is a little much at times. She will be angry but I need to do something.
I will call the building and find out what I can do.

d mom does not want to come over but I have to do something. I dont' blame her. dd younger feels it's best for her mentally and physically. She knows best.

I’m not exactly “entranced” — I have dropped off a HUGE bag of medicine bottles, some empty, some not. Local Lions Club was having a special day for this. I told them, this is kinda embarrassing— I think dh saved every bottle he opened over the last 45 years! None of them were for prescriptions he was taking at the time of his death. These were old ones he no longer took, but saved the empty bottles “just in case” he needed to know what he had taken, at some future time. Crazy. Some were full — he got something refilled faithfully, so the INSURANCE company wouldn’t bother him about stopping it!

Anyway… did that, got the mail, now getting the oil changed.

Stop by drug store and pay dmom’s bill
Go to the bank
Haircut at 3:30.

Duncle is likely to stay another night in the hospital and then do 21 day rehab.

Praying for ds’ boss, LadyM! Sounds like he had a very close call.

I think that’s a wise decision, blessed, to get some extra help with your mom. You and your daughters are really stretched thin.
I certainly hope dcousin doesn’t think we are all going to take turns staying with duncle in rehab!

I find household tasks least entrancing, since I can be doing much more interesting things such as researching! or crafting!

Another turn in the saga of the trainer and gym. Dtrainer is now purchasing the equipment of the current gym and moving to another location, perhaps five additional minutes commute, and reopening the gym. Dh is committing to the place he talked to last week - it's five minutes from home and he can go as early as 4:30 a.m. on weekdays. So I'm feeling some loyalty to original dtrainer - he's not as great as the woman who left there this fall but I think I'm willing to stick with him and see how it goes when he reopens.

Heading to workout soon.

Great call bw2 on getting help for dmom.
Back from Dr. apt.
I skipped in-class this morning.
I am good for another yr. basically healthy as a horse.
Took enons lab was busy had to go to the other on campus lab.
A new building I had not been to before...
they had a gift shop so I went there it was nice got a vid. in it.
Did not make it to JoAnn's however.
Another day for the I think they were out of the colors of yarn I wanted any way and I am not out yet.

Today's tip take a pic of Rx / Vits then then can look up and see what's in em.

I'm having my coffee with the new pb creamer I saved for today with some whipped cream in it now.
I only had one cup black & an egg today.
Ddoggo did good out side.
Can is back from the curb now.

Trimmed my bangs last nite.
