Re: Good morning on Sunday
I was so excited to see the FB info that we're back! I had already committed to walking the dog (and once she knows I'm going there's no turning back) but my heart is singing to see you all again this morning. I hadn't even clicked over to the board, something that I've done incessantly.
I've been trying to make Hanukkah cards to sell and it's been hard going. Somehow not inspired, and I don't have that many appropriate stamps and I know one that says "Happy Hanukkah" has disappeared...

Blessedw2, PLEASE add your contact info to the list in Members Only. Nobody knew how to contact you in the past few days. Someone had an email that didn't work. Are you on Facebook?

Re: Good morning on Sunday
You're right, ((Cathy)), but happily ((blessed)) had recently emailed with me when she couldn't get into the boards, so she was able to hear from me that I hoped we'd be back soon. At that time, I didn't yet know ((LadyM)) was so smart as to have quickly set up an fb page. ((Twins')) did tell me about that later and I should probably have suggested she contact blessed, but was so sure we'd be back.
I won't keep hugging everybody today. At least I don't think I will.
About the very sensible, minimal lifeline of having emails:
We're open to sharing, by email, a list of handles-with-emails for all those who agree that theirs can be given out, so they can be available away from the boards (or when the boards are down), but wouldn't send that out in that way for anyone who doesn't say it's okay. Ya'll will not be surprised to hear that I have them handwritten on a 3x5, for I am old-school and love hardcopy.
Now, it is true that our emails are visible to any member who happens to have gotten online with us at that moment.
To do that:
Click on your village friend's handle.
You'll be taken to their personal page.
There, if you HOVER your mouse over the words, "send member an email"
Then, at the lower left corner of your screen
their email becomes visible to you as long as you keep HOVERING over that sentence.

Re: Good morning on Sunday
SOOOOOOOOOOOO grateful to be posting here again. Thank you!!!!!
While away from SHE boards my tracking of daily to-do's slipped away. Shockingly so. This morning, I discovered DH and I didn't even take daily meds the last 2 days. DH takes prescription meds for conditions that shouldn't be skipped. This SHE board is a HUGE help to keeping me on track.
DH didn't feel good this morning so we stayed home from church.
I cooked biscuits for the family this morning. Thankfully they aren't a trigger for me. They did make the house smell good, but I had no desire to eat one. I had my current breakfast of choice - Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. I will eventually get tired of this breakfast combination and change to something else.
