Okay. That little devil is running again. I did not find a clog where it said there would be a clog. We'll see what happens next. It's going to run today, like it or not. Seems to me it is struggling with the dog hair.
I am heading upstairs. Less than an hour until Zoom.
Dh (yes, dh) purchased DMillie a dog jacket that is water resistant. I should have tried it when we walked earlier in light rain.

hello d mystery good morning
praying for your dd!!!
I hope you have a good day!
hi d lady
good morning
I was thinking the same thing about d rose and d cathy (I always think of d Kathryn and d harmony)
yay on what you have done already - ta da - you did great!
I have to stay away from dh. He got upset that the dogs are muddy and the cover we have on our white couches in the family room are muddy - he keeps the doors open and invites the dogs on the couch with him. What can I do - nothing! Oh he was also upset that the cat used the cat litter he just cleaned
I was seeking positive people so I thought I would come here - and I am glad I did!
I am going to close the dining room door and the kitchen door to keep the negative fast energy in a different space
Mystery - I hope urgent care can find the problem and give help.
DD13 has a sore throat affecting her voice but no other symptoms. I have her gargling with salt water. If she were running fever, I would seek medical help. For now, we are waiting for her body to fight off whatever is causing sore throat or to get worse and have more symptoms.
((((Blessed))))

in a couple days that may be in Ca. more than here. Time will tell.
It's a grey cloudy day I'm trying to not focus on that but the sunrise was a brilliant pink very memorable
so glad I took time to enjoy it.
I am good on my steps now.
It has warmed up a bit up to 33* outside here now.

I'm lurking. I just don't feel productive. As long as I can make dh a coffee every morning and make supper and keep the washer and dryer doing their thing every couple of nights, I guess I'm doing good enough, which is more than I feel like doing at the moment. Dishes are getting done and garbage is being dealt with. Other than that, I don't want to do anything. Right now I'm tired and I'm going to join dh on the bed where we will both read until we either fall asleep or get up to use the bathroom. Pretty much "same old, same old, lather, rinse, repeat."
Dishes never stop.
Laundry never stops.
Litter boxes never stop.
Paper never stops.
I got a refund from a river! It took me forever to get through. I had ordered the clips for the window and they did not send 6 of the 8 packages but charged me full price.
proud of myself for following through - I got $49 back on my card.
d lady I hope your dd feels better.
hi d Nancy again.
time for counters
dishes emptied and filled
dear husband keeps walking into the kitchen back and forth - my goodness - I think I need noise canceling headphones are a good podcast on
hello again
check in timer went off
dh flipped his laundry
he put my laundry on the table but I need to get hangers from upstairs - I hung them on my chair.
counters look lovely
dishes are washing themselves
some fridge stuff tossed
So, Millie got a little rain jacket from Twins' Dad - smile. Did he just suddenly come with a gift? Or had you two talked about it.
Sore throats/coughs - my dcousin truck farmer brought some of his bees' wildflower honey. In theory, honey made by local-to-you bees is especially good for you, and honey in general is good for those symptoms, by the way. Frankly, this doesn't taste as sweet as many honeys I have had in the past, even if those had the comb right in there, showing they were a true beehive product. (he does not leave the comb) I'm thinking that this is fine - our wildflowers and plants are what they are, and the bees are content with them, so we can be grateful that we get any at all, you know? Keeping it real, says the bee. Maybe worthwhile to find out if there are local farmers who have beehives? My own cough was so hard to get rid of through summer and fall. Seems to be more reasonable now unless I eat cheese, which has become an obvious trigger.
Dmil's birthday yesterday so I called her and chatted. She latches on to a phone call and talks more than an hour, but I know she does, and this becomes a gift you give when you make that call. I enjoy talking to her - we get amused over similar things. Sadly, I learned that her good friend B is having a hard time. Somehow, I had missed that B had had a terrible experience with Covid back during the pandemic. She was at the point of death and her daughter had to have the awful discussion that maybe she should be removed from life support, but she rallied and did get better. She has her same personality and intellect but lost all use of her hands and never regained it. I have not heard of that result before. B needs someone with her most of the time because of this disability, so while her dh goes in for an overnight planned stay at the hospital tomorrow night, my dmil is staying with her. She's very worried that she will do something wrong, but B is convinced dmil can handle it, She has someone who comes in every morning and evening for dressing and bathing help.
A TaDa this morning was a phone appointment with our nice financial guy. Don't look forward to the subject, but can look forward to his pleasant conversation and sincerity. One thing down.

Yes, there are times I need exactly this! I can hear the Roomba downstairs, I bet it's annoying dh; he has the TV going. I'm glad I'm upstairs.
"The webinar will begin shortly." I'm online for webinar now.
Earlier had the Zoom phone call - mentee had an unexplained fall while sitting at her computer, and is having surgery to take out metal in the wrist (much like I will probably have) and is still determined to turn in her first writing portfolio work for certification by her due date, which is end of December. And she's not very far along with her KDP (kinship determination report.) Mine was nearly 40 pages. I'll be impressed if she pulls this off but I fear for her work given the time crunch. If she doesn't pass, does it reflect on me as mentor? Thinking about emailing the lady who assigns and works with mentors for a reality check. I'm almost worried for her, but it's her deal, not mine.
Cathy, you don't need to be productive to be with us. I understand not feeling productive right now, it's a gloomy time of the year too.
Harriet, an impulse purchase for dh! He's very susceptible when he's at Costco and I'm sure they have pet "presents" out big time.
