After what felt like being out so much yesterday I need to accomplish something today.

So far:
-garbage is out (dh's doing, but still gets checked off)
-counted cash from holiday market.
-I'm dressed and ready to walk ddog
-dh has headed to work and is out of my hair

Hi! Thanks for starting us today Twins' Mom! I couldn't come up with a "t" word when I was in here earlier.

I have put out the bathroom and kitchen garbage. I also took the box for the Christmas tree out to the garage.

Good news~all 3 cats seem to be ignoring the tree and all of the decorations so far! Yay!!

Today I am having lunch with a friend. Bad news is that they want to go to a mall an hour away from here. UGH! It's December! Who wants to go into a mall in December... oh well...

Dh needs me to stop at Costco at some point before I get home today. Better than going on a weekend in December. Double yuck!!

Good morning!

I am in hour #2 of my day.
TA-DA's =
** DD13 has been delivered to school
** Trash to the road before garbage truck arrived before 7am
** Chatted with DS16 as he left for work
** 2 garden trips made. It is chilly outside (34F) so I get something done and then come back inside.
** Personal AM cards done
** Kitchen AM cards done.

mom was confused in the middle of the night - thinking she had to host Easter - it's so funny it always goes to Easter.
she is sleeping again - for a short time I am sure.

the funnies in the middle of the night: (sweet funny)
my mom said something heavy was on her feet - I checked the dog had her head on moms feet.

mom went upstairs and went into dd Youngers room and said - sorry I see this is your bedroom - I am looking for mine.
tonight she sleeps in her own bed at her house with the helper there.

waving to you all! wishing you a great day!!!
it is always a joy to be here with you!

LadyM, you are so dedicated with your check ins and your report of activities. I want to be like LM!

I am on my upstairs laptop brought downstairs while the Geek Squad works on usual laptop remotely. Not many ta das other than initiating this support session. Dog is walked. I am going to work toward finishing a.m. routine for now. I feel like I'm barely treading water, maybe washing downstream a little instead of staying in place. Glad I'll see therapist today. (I need to take my own advice: Don't fret over the to-do list,

bw2, you are so good with your mother. She will be better back at her home, I'm sure.

Cathy, good for the kitties. Here, dMillie was stressed yesterday. She shredded a file folder I had left on the bed and some tissues from the garbage. I'm glad you can go to Costco on a weekday. Dh goes on weekends and it would make me crazy.

I need to work on a.m. routine here...I've done very little other than walking the ddog and initiating this support.

Went to a birthday morning party at a restaurant.
Am home and getting ready to do an Amon return at kohls. Then will go to my WM grocery to finish my shopping.

That's wonderful, Ramblin'

LadyM, I know that HRH would take his text on the subject of sports always getting to be the exception to school rules, not just at lower grades but beyond. He says any educational institution needs to live up to that name and always show the priority is on learning for all students.

I'm happy for your dd that she has such good grades. Speaking from my own school experience, get her help with that pre-algebra and avoid letting her slip behind her class too much. I was a straight-A student who wasn't helped in early algebra when I needed it. Math is a cumulative study, so that initial confusion then haunted me. I wish I could go back and whisper in the ears of myself, my teachers and my parents, because it would have been so much better with some immediate attention like a brief stint with a tutor so that I could "get" it.
