A family member was on HRT briefly and then a diff. doc. immediately upon seeing that took her off that.

I have been a busy bee this morning made great progress until I remembered I needed to do desk duty.
I am thinking I need to remove everything off the deck afer I look over the budget stuff.
I'll clean dust and change out the table cloth I use on this work space I call a desk it's actually a table. X

So I need to change over a load in the wash when it's done as well.
I am good on my steps so far today yea!

I have figured out my meals today.
Lunch x
walk x
Sat down maybe too long.
Got the red dish cloth I"m making to the half way point.
Got my desk re-situated.

Not errand day today.
I will s2s after I'm done with the cleaning.
Deciding if I'll mop or not. X mopped.

Back from dr. appt and I don't need surgery! thank heavens! So I don't have to see him again for six months! he suggests extra strength tylenol taken with 400 mg of ibuprofen for the wrist discomfort.

On the way home I dropped off the return I called about yesterday, went to bank and also to post office for HOA. I feel good about getting those done. We also need groceries, and I think I'm going to order online. Could wait until tomorrow too but I think I'll get order in and then decide.

I need to be back in mall area at 2:20 with laptop.

Twins - Great news about no further surgery needed!

Homeschooling with DS16 is a challenge somedays. Today is one of those days.

Next up - cook alfredo sauce to have with grilled shrimp.

dh and I had an argument -I am going to have to accept that I can't ask him to help.
what he can do: take mail to the mail box, feed the dogs, pick up milk or our meds.
dog bones. it has to be something he is used to and in his realm.

One day at a time - accept yesterday was a happy time of him being busy.

I shouldn't' have told him off - and told him he should be grateful. - I am going to have to be grateful for him just being happy and doing his own thing. I can't ask for more now. there is so much good but boy if I was a young woman we would be having a chat on how to work this out together.

mom is here and it took quite awhile to get her going. She just wanted to sleep but she has been fed, clean cloths, meds given and she is here.
I was able to get the meds after the local heart dr. called her dr. in Florida.

It's just one day! I have the rest of the afternoon ahead.
changed light outside - I need to replace the lamp bc the old ones are getting too hard to undo anymore. They are over 50 years old.
I ordered dog salt - I thought I had some - off to pick it up. Get mom up.

Had an exchange of texts with dd and I think she is upset with me because she won't answer my last 2 texts and she isn't answering her phone. Sigh...

dh is better again - he is normal again - he didn't apologize but I don't think he gets what he is doing. At least he is nice again.
I have to order a few groceries - I got scrap chicken bones from the butcher for broth tonight and tomorrow.

mom has been great but I have to get her physically moving - she is not sleeping either - she is happy and her brain is great all day

Just lost a post when I accidently closed Chrome. Laptop successfully dropped off and I got a walk through a Fresh Market. They had gorgeous berries (strawberries, blueberries and blackberries) so I bought some and will take them off Instacart order, which will be delievered first thing in the a.m.

I am so happy to have a "free day" tomorrow, or at least a day when I don't have to be in and out of the house. I need to not let it slip away!

Thoughts re: tomorrow
-reconcile cemetery account for Sept-Oct. I don't have Nov bank stmt but should receive it soon. And sort bills etc. for each month and file.
-do some paper taming of papers on the desk in our bedroom. It's been a mess since April. I don't have to do it all, but should do enough to get a start.
-clean up stamping area upstairs
-what else?

It's been a good day.

bw2, so sorry that dh isn't more cooperative.

and Cathy - consider it her loss. She's being passive aggressive by not discussing it or moving on.

I hope LadyM and ds got through the homeschooling work. Hard to be a parent and teacher.

And Harriet sounds productive too - our rain cleared out overnight and temp dropped big time. Stay warm now.

I will say his angry temperament is gone - he did ask if he could feed the dogs for me; which he did. so I am grateful for the attitude adjustment. I will say that drained me. I am too tired to wait or expect an apology. I figure I would rather have the attitude adjustment to be kinder again.

mom is asking if she could stay here tonight but the lady is coming. she has decided she doesn't like her bc she is not like her. She feels the woman is taking over her house which she then said she doesn't really remember her house that much - but again she was gone for one week. I expected that she wouldn't like someone there but at least she is not mean about it.

it is 19 but they say it feels like it's 3 degrees - it supposed to get super cold - I am thinking of leaving mom's morning meds with the lady but with mom sleeping so late it doesn't matter.

fajitas have been made and eaten.
I need to flip laundry again.
cleaned the powder room
dishes are clean - some in the dw
iron pan has been cleaned. lightly oiled and heated.

d twins sorry you lost a post! We used to have fresh market here but they closed up - I loved their veggies and fruit.

hello d Cathy - I hope your dd tells you why she was upset - it is something in her realm now. I always figure that others see things from their perspective- it may be very real to them but unless they help discuss things then it can't be figured out. hope it works out soon.
