My goodness! I was up before 6 BUT y'all... I had 2 naps! One before noon and one before supper! I woke up after 5 and immediately started heating the leftover potatoes and turnip in the microwave. Turkey was cold, but I wanted a sandwich. Of course, the cranberry sauce was also cold. Now there is 1/2 of 1 drumstick left out of the 4 I cooked yesterday.

I have been resting and really taking it easy for the past 48 hours. I was so sore all over yesterday because I was going, going, going all day on the 24th. Tonight dh helped me change the garbage in the bathroom. The kitchen one is really full, so that's next. I also have to change the litter box, which is totally on schedule with being done done every second day. I'm not behind schedule for anything. I haven't stepped foot outside for over 48 hours.

I HAVE been sitting with dh and watching whatever is on tv, mostly reruns of Blue Bloods. Dh hasn't said anything, but I'm sure he's happy that we are in the same room and I am actually resting and "sitting". When I am doing stuff, he's always telling me to "sit". LOL!!

Cats have come in to remind me that they want to eat.

Cathy my doggo does that when I"m in the basement, she comes down and lets me know
she wants food, snacks or attn. what ever.

I have my dinner in the oven.
Ate.
Still need to do up dishes not very many however. X
------
Lucy L. my ear does that with my balance sometimes.
Also I get some nausea with my hormonal flux.

Wrote a letter it's not quite done yet.
Did cut of some jeans into carpi length.
Made a granny square to test out this new yarn.
Took red & black check fabric off the table in the basement.
Watched another segment of the singing show.

Got a knitting sample done and like the knitting way better than the feel of the crochet so I"m going with that.

Well, I’m a little bit better than this morning because I managed to help Dgd with her bath and then took a shower and put on clean pjs for myself. This morning it was all I could do to sit on the toilet without falling.

I also played a game of “uno No Mercy” with both dgrands. Smh… dgd LOVES all versions of uno. It was nice to hear her laughing so hard.

But I am still just a bundle of nerves… I know I preach faith all the time, but when my stomach is churning, it’s hard to hear my head and my heart.
Tomorrow is another day.

d Lucy ((()))faith doesn't mean you won't be nervous or worry - it's there but sometimes our brains over ride us at times-it affects our biological responses. Be kind to your body and brain as much as you can - it's important to talk about what you are feeling. also our brains also are like recordings that keep playing over and over again. give yourself grace! it's not about how much faith one has it is a chemical and biological response to stress.
it is always a joy to be here with you!
