I S2Slippers. Never saw so many individual hairs in drain (rescued) or comb. Gee. I guess the 17th day is a big one. Reminds me of that scene in Harry Potter 2 where the tree sheds all its leaves in one big Whomp. Not that profound but, again, Gee.
I get to go out! Actual meal! Actual girl-talk!
Had a planning conversation with dd26 since we will be traveling during commuter time in the morning. There are 3 more potential errands for me, depending upon how we feel and how much she will allow. (She is not so sure I am going inside some businesses. Sigh.) One other errand that I don't think is going to happen is an optometrist exam. I need one badly, but I hear her that this is an additional nearly-med office with very close proximity to the pros' faces. She insists on Panera, where she will place an in-advance order and then we will eat in the car. Oh well, it's almost like a normal meal! Chatting and giggles, anyway.
Mystery, and the thin ones, too, yipes. I tell folks they are like balance beams! (also many scan tables, etc.) Proud of you for giving blood. Hope your appts today go well and you even remember all your questions.
lucylee, actually very memorable and meaningful that your cousin got to see her great-grandfather in her wedding dress the day he died. ((Feel better)) The funeral is not that important for you to go to - you could do other things to express your sympathy. You are not personally responsible for the roads to events.
Nancy, so glad you had a good family time for your celebration.
