CI for the win:
I saw the neighbors take a TV out to their truck.
Someone else was there I knew one guy.
I went and asked about moving my over sized tv now they did not need /a want it.
Suggested to put it at the curb, I said no that did not work before, [that would not work b/c I could not lift it anyway].
no they did not have room to haul it off their trailer was full.
Yes they could put it in the back of my truck so I could take it to the recycle place on Wed. / or one of the Sat.
They would not take money for doing it.
I then rounded up some the coaxal cable that goes with it in a bag and put it out in the truck bed.
Happy me!

I have brunch for bfast bs was in ack land.
Had a nice long talk with my dsis.
It's nice and sunny out still frosty however.

Did my Day of the week cards & they are in the file now.

Good evening! Had troubles logging in. Tried a different browser, and that has worked for at least the moment.

Did not do much today other than go to church and get some reading done on my current book club book ("The Book of Joy," by the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu), and most of what I was going to say went out of my head during the struggle to get in, but now that I'm in, I wanted to at least post and say hi and wish everyone sweet dreams!

EOD analysis - a kind of good day

I am going to try rating my days so I can see the ratings over a period of time. I strongly suspect that I struggle with depression during the colder months when my time outside is limited. Is that true? Maybe I struggle more on a particular day of the week. Maybe I struggle more during a time of the month. I want facts so a simple rating system should give me that information.

I am using a simple method -
“-2” being a really bad day RED,
“-1” being a kind of bad day LIGHT RED
“0” being a neutral day YELLOW
“1” being a kind of good day LIGHT GREEN
“2” being a really good day. GREEN

I'm in on the Chromebook -- haven't tried the others. Just thought I'd check again before I sign out. tonight. I've just been wasting time scrolling FB, watching reels, chatting with a cousin (whom I barely know) re: the death of our great-aunt. It is good that FB does give us an opportunity to get to know each other better. Her mom and my dad were first cousins. (Actually "double" first cousins.)

I am going to take a teeny tiny baby step tonight.
I'm going to bring the boxes out of the closet for the Christmas stuff that is STILL on the dining room table.
Then I am going to work on my planner for the week, and then go to bed and read.
Tomorrow, I am meeting my daunt at Wmart and then we're going to get my dmom and the three of us will go to great-aunt's funeral. For some reason, this doesn't have me panicky at all. I never know when I'm going to lose my mind.
