I never got past the procrastination stage. Took a long nap and have just watched tv ever since.

Glad Harriet’s home after a long day. (((Hugs)))

I LOVE Downton Abbey. There is supposed to be a new movie out in September, I think. I can’t wait!

LadyM, I can relate to what you are saying about these veteran’s funerals. Last year the remains of a missing WWII soldier from our county were finally identified by DNA. A relative of his, who is now a Naval officer, accompanied the body (which was in France, I think) from Washington and then there was this huge procession from his arrival in our state, about 100 miles away, with burial in our city cemetery. Different fire departments all along the way had flags along the interstate, and there was a huge crowd once they arrived in our county. I’m sorry to say I did not attend, but I’m glad to live in a place where this kind of patriotism is still so evident.

I promise, I will move boxes from dining room to closet before I go to bed.

EDIT — 11 minutes to get all the boxes put away. Except I need to label, organize and photograph the closet to remember how to put it all back. Cause it’s not going back like it started this time. ??? I wish I could have a professional organizer come in and do this closet. It is the decorations/games/spare boxes/JUNK closet, including a bunch of 8 track tapes, baseball bats, an old radio that doesn’t work, and at least one pair of cleats too old and dried out for anyone to ever wear.
Tomorrow is another day.
