I need to get in the shower and I don't want to move, lol. I turned up the heat slightly so bathroom will be warm.

DR is back to normal.

Trying to get my mind right for this week. In three days I have two workouts, see therapist, have two home repairs/service visits (freezer repair, if we do it) and servicing our gas fireplace, and lunch out with dcousin. I hate to add body work/massage to it but may do it, especially now. My massage therapist doesn't work on weekends, btw. I think I have 15 things on my OMM list for the week, so I'll likely be frustrated because it will be difficult to get those done. OTOH, Dh is out tonight, tomorrow night and Tuesday day, maybe Wednesday? I think he said he was out on Wednesday p.m. but it's not on the calendar.

The house is in good shape and dcleaning lady comes on Thursday. Friday is free altogether and I'm going to try to keep it that way. Next weekend is clear except for a meal train cooking and delivery. This is for the weekend staff person at temple who cleans and sets up. He had a stroke recently. I'm going to do a crockpot soup and bread so should be easy. Might even purchase the bread. (Dh works with him every Sat a.m. because dh is primary breakfast cook for Torah study, and this guy does the clean up.)

Icemaker talk. Dh is now recommending that we don't do it. This icemaker is producing about 3 cubes a day, while it's supposed to be producing 6. It went for several days without producing any. And the cost of the repair is over $800 and I put a $300 deposit down on ordering the part. And the other ice maker was empty last night when we had company. A guest went to a nearby convenience store and bought some, and we filled the bin so it would dispense. Now it looks like that ice maker has dispensed ice. First world problems, obviously. Dh is the primary user of big round ice balls that the craft maker dispenses.

LadyM…growing sunnies in FL is very different from AZ which I expected. Ever year here I learn from my mistakes. This year I planted later in the year because last year I planted earlier and had to fight with low night time temps.

I mention to Sweetie I had placed my new plants under our new tree in the front saying we could plant them tomorrow. He said … let’s do it now. So 1.5 hrs later and it’s done.

Then I made the mistake of asking him to dig a hole for me so I could plant a large plant tomorrow. He said … let’s do it now.

Should have learn to keep my mouth shut when I showed him an area than needs to be raked and cleaned before I put more dirt down so I can plant more flowers and of course he said…. Let’s do it now🤣

I reminded him he hadn’t had his lunch yet and he went inside to fix it… I’m hoping he’ll forget about cleaning up the area till tomorrow … this man with Alzheimer’s is wearing me out 😂

My allergies cleared up and coughing stopped this morning.

Made it to church, the greeter asked how I was when I got there I said "I'm here"
she did not say anything else. I was late on purpose to not have to have any other uncomfortable questions,
everyone else was seated already, Sat by friends one friend brought me communion that was great as I'd
totally forgotten about that and the message was so good everyone clapped afterwards that's never happened before - that I know of !

Left in the middle of last song. It was good to hear the announcements and music the on line one only has the sermons now.

Then went to an estate sale not many there found 2 devotional type books and a gardening one soft cover
full sheet size with color pics, and a violet tea pot that goes with some other pieces I have and a small wire
basket I put my seed packets in that.

Walked ddoggo after we did the back yard walk about.
Had soup for lunch.
Next up I'm going to go outside and look at the new to me gardening book.

hello dear ones!

how nice that you went to church d Nancy
I understand that you need to have your church time - and really don't want to talk about personal things.
how nice to sit with friends.
I also enjoy a good message
ooo a new gardening book - lovely

hi d rose yay on planting!!! lol on him wanting to do now! so sweet that he is helping!

hi d twins - yay on having dining room back to normal
sending you a very good and smooth week!!!!
I never had an ice maker - I am sure it's nice to have.
our freezer has an ice maker but our city water isn't the best - most people have water coolers in our area - and get their water delivered. This is the only home were we needed water delivered.

have a good day everyone.

poor dh is so ready to get out. he is texting us about the oxygen - we have told him that it wouldn't be this weekend but he is done being there. The company is open tomorrow.

the good is that we know have an infectious disease dr. available to us.
it is always a joy to be here with you!

After we had lunch, sweetie went outside to work on the side yard and I vacuumed the lanai and the main area of the house.

Took a shower to wash off the dirt, real dirt, sweat and sunscreen … I hate the stuff. Put away abunch of stuff scattered all over the house and then decided to make homemade chocolate chip cookies.. Sweeties favorite … for all his help. He’s happiest when he’s busy and it’s good for his brain 😘

I went from bad to worse this afternoon. I had a certain issue on Thursday that repeated it's appearance this afternoon 3 times. ~sigh~ I don't think I'll be going to either knitting group tomorrow. Unfortunately dh has a haircut scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. He doesn't want to cancel that.

I will deal with that when we wake up tomorrow.

Oh no! (((Cathy))) I was hoping the flu germs were finished messing with your body. I hope each day your body recovers and gets stronger.

DD48 cooked a birthday meal for DH and invited the family over to her home. She did excellently and I am so pleased that it went well for her efforts. She is a fantastic cook and makes everything from scratch. Fried chicken, mashed potato, gravy, chili, biscuits, and blonde brownies. We had 5 teens there and they raved about how good her food is.

We have 4 school days to get through before Spring Break begins. I am looking forward to the break as much (or maybe more) than the teens. After spring break, there are 2 more months of school and then DS16 will be a Senior!
