I get it trissie. Fable is now 6 months old.
Hi Peaches.
That's great about DD32's numbers, L Ann. He he, yeah, Target can be tempting.

I'm not going to jog today. It did stop raining, but I just didn't feel like it. Yeah, not a good reason. I have done some deeper cleaning in the bathroom and have started on the stove top, so that feels good.

1:15 and counting. Probably everything won't get done thoroughly, but this floor where we'll spend most of our time is in decent shape. The kids will play downstairs, and a parent or 2 might venture down there.

Next:
- stove top
- dust living areas
- vacuum stairs

Later:
- jog
- empty dw
- dust living areas
- tidy play room
- M's bathroom OK?
- maybe - remake guest beds while I'm working downstairs
- vacuum stairs and possibly play room
- leaf in table
- clean stove top - wip
- set out dinnerware for 15 people
- make rice - I think
- 5 - ? host CG1
- possibly bring in firewood
- update health apps
- duo
- perhaps, some payroll: update gradelink, work on AIR Exam

TaDas!
- up; weighed self
- coffee
- email deletions and weather website
- some qt
- updated new calendar and hung it (S2's dh made it)
- kitchen hotspot tamed
- kitchen windowsills cleaned
- lunch
- kitchen reclaimed; dw running
- living room tidied
- pa my stuff on the cedar chest - MBR
- back exercises
- s2s and self care
- squeegeed and wiped down shower
- made the bed
- cleaned main bathroom; spot cleaned the floor too
- cleaned MBR bathroom
- stove top - soaking with some dish soap

Hello everyone!

Enjoy family movie night, Trissie!

That's very good news about DD's numbers, L.Ann!

I'm sorry to hear about your DMum, Gma. I second Trissie 's inquiry as to whether she's been drinking enough. I hope you can catch up on some sleep.

Helian, I'm sure your dinner will be a big success. What's on the menu this evening?

Hi, Peaches!

I cut the grass and trimmed bits from the hedge, as well as the usual weeding and dead heading. And I've sorted out the patio , and taken out the pots where things are either gone over or aren't thriving. I've also prepped lunch for tomorrow and made a coffee tray bake -I'll spread the butter cream on it tomorrow.

Gma I am sorry mom is not feeling well but I'm glad you got her in. The confusion from infection is real. Hopefully some medical will help.

I'm not making progress like i wanted. Well I guess so but goodness it is 200 already. Priming first didn't happen cause I went to get tray liners first. Then breakfast and chat w dd on the phone. It was all lunch time when I started.

Dh got the car clean and they are almost done with the freezer. It was on my cleaning list. Just my house is a disaster cause I did not do any basic routine stuff.

That primer only has to dry an hour before recoat so that buys me some time I thought it was longer. Resting for a bit. Should make some lunch and do the kitchen. Then I can recoat the uneven parts of primer. Later I can get out the ceiling paint.

Priority list

Basic routines
Kitchen clean
Prime ceiling and red walls
Dh wash my car and
make sure the sound I'm hearing is imagined?
Ds help Defrost freezer?
Grocery shopping

Too many big projects but dh said he wanted to do those so we'll see.

Today's tada list

Finish qt
Try to start primer no trays
Play with color and ended up with a light teal grey going end up denim color
Finished mixing paint at the store and bought extra supplies
Find breakfast
Primer coat

Kitty, I think some sort of chicken rice bowls is the main. Since we're hosting, we don't have to cook. It's a potluck. 3 people have emailed (to the entire group) that they are bringing sweets, so. . . . This might be a dessert heavy meal. LOL! It truly is potluck. I think some people don't pay attention to the emails.
Dh got home late and helped with the play room and vacuumed the stairs. I spiffed the bathroom down a bit more. And -- we've declared the house good enough.

People are coming!! I'll bbl.

I really should be keeping a book on mother, so I can remember all that is happening. It's harder to keep track when she's in the care center, as I don't have office visits on my calendar. I beleive that she has been drinking enough, usually. I think this has been brewing for quite some time - I'm going to guess it's been 3 weeks since I started noticing some increased confusion. Just a little, but enough to notice. Then Thursday night (Friday morning) was the eruption of the volcano, agitation and confusion symptoms, and finally the fever on Friday afternoon - which has probably been masked becaseu she takes Tylenol for pain- (paracetamol is what it's called in Europe) and that is a fever reducer as well as a pain medicine.
She was uncooperative when I first arrived this afternoon, but doing much better when I left after supper. She ate pretty good for supper, and insisted that I eat what she didn't  They never did get an IV into her, so she is taking everything orally, and that takes a little longer to work. I expect that she will return to the NH Sunday (tomorrow) afternoon. Her veins do look better today - she was pretty dehydrated yesterday becaseu of being up all night, sleeping during the day, then not being allowed any oral fluids in the emergency room. :( She didn't remember Daddy's name when asked this evening. She remembered instead the first name of teh man who was a special friend while she was about 80-93, and who moved to assisted living then, so she didn't get to see him as much (and he died a year ago)
I've got to work on what I am going to say at teh chruch meeting tomorrow, and try to maybe do a little housework... Just pick something and do it - if I just sit, nothing will get done...

That's a good idea gma. A journal about mom. That would be a bit hard. I didn't see her today. Chose to take the day for my stuff and dad didn't call. Must have been ok.

I really hope your mom is going to come back to nh soon. It must be her birthday again. April or may i cant remember..

Hope your care group goes well helian. Did you get more than just dessert? Usually works out.

I should get up and do some clean up yet. I need to remember that term... who said it? Footprints.? My footprint are everywhere in here today πŸ˜†.

The room is primed. See how energetic I feel I could paint the ceiling before church if I got to it first off. I have everything so no run to the store. And no taping cause it doesn't matter the edges that way. If not I will just do it in the afternoons.

Priority list

Basic routines
Kitchen clean
Prime ceiling and red walls
Dh wash my car and make sure the sound I'm hearing is imagined?
Ds help Defrost freezer?
Grocery shopping

Too many big projects but dh said he wanted to do those so we'll see.

Today's tada list

Pick up some of my footprints in main living space
Empty and reload dw
Switch laundry start next load
Crochet some before bed

Grocery store
Red apple for some essentials for growing ds
Put everything away

Ds made supper
Casper walk and he was actually good and stayed with me inside some

Finish qt
Try to start primer no trays
Play with color and ended up with a light teal grey going end up denim color
Finished mixing paint at the store and bought extra supplies
Find breakfast
Primer coat
