I'm home. I arrived home a little before 7 pm. My mom is safely at her new nursing home. I unpacked most of her things. Her clothes are not the greatest, a lot of sweat suits. I think they wanted clothes that were easy to get her in and out of. I can work on sprucing up her wardrobe over time.

Dh will go over later with a hammer and some nails to hang up some art for her.

She has not eaten or even drunk much at all since this morning. I hope her appetite returns tomorrow. I'm trying not to fret about it too much. It was nice to tell her today, "I'll see you tomorrow." I can say that every day now if I want to!

Next:
- duo
- after dinner clean up
- transfer $$ to transportation co.

TaDas!
- texts with dh re: stuff for Mom's room
- texts with B re: her surgery yesterday
- some qt
- emails with transport Co. re payment -- I thought I'd authorized my card 2 days ago, but if I can wire funds instead, I'll do that tomorrow
- coffee and tea; boiling an egg
- email deletions
- back exercises
- s2s and self care
- made lunch for in the car
- sheets off bed
- pack up: clothes, toiletries, electronics
- pack up: cooler, snacks, nonperishable food items
- let the owner know I'm out
- drive to nursing home, about 30 minutes
- pick up whatever is left that belongs to Mom
- DRIVE to the nursing home in MI, about 5.5 hours
- bring necessary stuff up to her room
- unpack stuff in her room
- home; unload car
- unpack food items
- dinner: sandwich, yogurt with fruit (Dh had a work dinner.)
- email to transportation company; the driver asked me to send it
- Stitch Fix check out

So happy for you to have had a successful trip, helian, and your mom has arrived safely. You worked so hard and put so much thought into the move. This has been a big day.

I'm exhausted again. Crutches and the knee scooter use lots of energy! I made a really good supper for dbro, then we took ddog to visit mother.
I had spent most of the morning working on the consultation plans regarding the adrenal tumor they have found. Specialized clinic can see her in a week. I'll let mother know what's going on after that consult. She knows dog I isn't eating well and fur is thinning.
Tomorrow we (dbro and I, with dog, but not mother) are driving to the cabin to check on Mom's bed, and what staples are in the cupboard.

I hope the vet can have the dog gma. That's a lot of work getting around on crutches. Hope it's helping.

Helian that is so awesome your mom is moved. Is she aqare of that? I hope she settles in well.

Kitkat my dog literally takes me for a walk.

I did get most of that and even a short walk. Dd is ar her uncle's place. 7 hours drive from there so they will be here just after lunch. I can finish a few things in the morning before church.
