I have been trying out Microsoft To-do app for a couple weeks. I have grown weary of it already. It is time for a different way of tracking to-do's.

Walked then
I napped
made a new cold beverage that I enjoyed like yesterday but with less half & half & added vanilla with Dr. pepper [diet].
Satisfied!
Took out some rows of knitting on a dish cloth I was unhappy with.
Clouds have given way to sun now.
Had dinner.
a low key day but it was a good one.
laundry load #2 going in the wash now.
Watched Pride & Prejudice had to to it in two sessions phone call interrupted.

Never ending fun when there are teens here. 13 year old friend from 2 doors down just came to our front door all excited. She exclaimed "I need DS16 to come to my home NOW! There is a snake in my house!" DS16 was in the shop with GF, friend K, friend N and his girlfriend K. So they all load up in DS16 pickup to go get snake out of the house 2 doors away.

The rain has stopped. We received 7" of rain in a little over 24 hours. No drought is happening here!

DGS29 is coming here tomorrow to celebrate his birthday. He will attend church with us and then we will eat lunch here. Hum.....I need a lunch plan.

When the sun goes down we want to look back and it was a day well spent,
Yes, I would like to be able to do that, but I am really struggling with energy and motivation today. I am child-free because other grandparents wanted to have them over tonight. They both stayed with me last night, and I will pick them up before church in the morning. They'll come home with me tomorrow afternoon and probably stay till we eat supper.

I am just kinda immobilized by inertia today. I feel kinda depressed -- for some reason, the whole flow of Saturday is different than other days. I can't explain why this would be -- my M-F isn't very regulated either, but Saturday, especially when I'm alone, is just different. I always start out with less sleep than normal M-F, because DGD wakes me earlier than I usually get up. Then, it's like I'm behind all day.
I have not showered, and I have just been sitting on the couch scrolling on the internet, since I took dgrands to their other grandmother.
We went out for breakfast, I got the mail -- paid gas bill, read the newspaper. Took a nap.
I'm listening to high school baseball game right now -- round two of the state playoffs, and we have to win this game to advance. Visiting pitcher was hit in the head by a ball and apparently lay on the field for a while (with medical personnel in attendance, and it sounds like they took him in an ambulance to local ER -- isn't it good our hospital hasn't closed yet?) They said on radio that he was conscious and moving, they just want to check him out to be sure he's going to be okay.

I know someone would say pick three things to do and DO THEM.

I'm afraid my battery is failing on this Chromebook. Screen has gone black twice since I started this post. Says battery is at 80% while charging. And it has been plugged into charger for over 24 hours, I'm pretty sure. Hmmm?

Anyway --
THREE FOUR THINGS --
[ ] Dust in study 15 more minutes at least
— UPDATE — spent 38 minutes at that, but it involved dusting LOTS of sports memorabilia. Can y’all believe there are TWENTY bobble heads in there??? (AU and Atlanta, several duplicates. SMH.)
[ ] Color hair
— UPDATE — not gonna do it. Need to wash my hair and I had rather do color day after washing.
[ ] Do Bible reading
[ ] S2S
Tomorrow is another day.
