Vermicelli Wednesday @ TDD - C&C

Morning all. Vermicelli. Hmm that would be a tricky one to make. Just on time for ds attempts and making homemade pasta. We made angel food cake the other day. 12 egg whites. What besides pasta do you use 12 yolks for... both turned out well. He made fettuccine and I think the bowtie has a specific name too. And maybe ravioli tonight if we can figure out the filling.

Kittykat I still wish I could get you to come help me design my yard. I might have to text ddil later. See if she wants to come plant shopping. I just realized if I want some selection of plants I have to actually decide what I want or they run out by beginning of June.

I need to decide on priority today. What do I want to do with my day off. I
need to use it for outside. Do I dismantle the greenhouse and plant in pots later. Do I use it as is or try and move it. I need to spray my flowerbed area still. We have Saturday Sunday Monday off work for long weekend so can do some things that require dh help. I can weed and spread the soil better on the rest of the garden as well.

I could also do some decluttering. Cleaning in here. And book some appointments again.

lauralind, I'd make cookies - my favourite recipe for Linz cookies calls for 4 yolks. We always have a lot of extra egg whites around Christmas!

Home from work. Tomorrow's gonna be a logistic nightmare, so I got the weekly shopping done today. At least one thing out of the way (though now I have to actually put away the food I think I will make myself some ice coffee and use that as a motivation for my first set - it should be all nice and cold by the time I am done!

Good afternoon, all!
Sorry my 4am posting was confusing trissie, it was too early for me. And I’ve piddled the rest of my morning away.

Now to do the “have to’s” and then toss as much stuff as I can for trash pickup is in the morning. Friday is errand day so I’ll round up as many donations as possible and load up the car with them to be dropped off then.

Cookies sound good too trissie. I don't know any recipes with only yolk but I'm sure I could find some. This likely won't happen often. Come to think now I need more eggs. Maybe now is a good time to go to town.

I finally got the sprayer going. It's a battery operated wand and I needed my glasses to see all the instructions. Now it better not actually rain. It was spitting at me. Guess I have lots of spray left if I have to do it again but this will be good enough then I'll whack it off and use landscape fabric.

I think I will have my coffee with something for headache and then go to town.
