Hi Mystery! Yes, Canadian Tire bought the brand, but they don't want the stores or the fixtures. The store I went into today had so many clothing racks and shelves and the mattresses from all the display beds, plus rows and rows of mannequins, but just the upper bodies but no heads. I'm sure if I had taken dh's truck, my friend would have wanted to bring home a truckload of clothing racks. Gee, it's too bad that dh needed his truck today... (he didn't, but I fibbed and said he did.)
It's been overcast here all day but it hasn't rained yet.

More rain here. The last thing I want to do right now it to wrangle wet bags of garden soil so I think I'll blow it off until tomorrow.
Good workout, as always. Lots of stretching, full body workout, some cardio too. I'm tired but surprisingly only logged maybe 2500 steps? Ten minutes on treadmill to start, 3 minutes (in 1 min segments) at speed 3, incline 4.
And Roomba is tired today. It's just now finishing and it's been over five hours running time, including over an hour of charging time.
I'm working on a list for tomorrow. This has been a pretty unproductive week, but it's okay.

Re: Three Cheers for Thursday! PWYC
I got the three large bags of soil into planter and spread out, and scattered the seeds. It's raining again. Because the ddog likes to dig in the bed, I covered it with the chicken wire that we used last year to "fence" around it. I'll see if I can rig up something with the chicken wire tomorrow going around the outside. Once the plants are up they end up thick enough that she won't mess with them, but a barrier is needed right now.
I'm going to shower. I think we might eat in. Dh has been running late getting home because he's so busy.* We have these burgers in the freezer that need to be used up. They're from Costco, and I've decided that they have some kind of artificial flavor that isn't agreeing with me. Not so bad that I won't eat them to use them up, but I'm going to advise dh not to buy again. They are precooked - he thought he was getting frozen burgers he could put on the grill.
I'm going to feed the ddog, then shower.
* Going to be interesting to see how next week unfolds for dh. He's only supposed to go to the office a couple of day a week - in and out. He's so busy this week it makes me wonder how he's going to be able to give it up next week. He's supposed to schedule a golf day.

My 3 cheers for Thursday
1 Breakfast with ladies group
2 Exit Interview from my job
3 Gave Blood at Red Cross
Twins our Deebot (like a Roomba) has died
It was voice activated by our Alexa. We need a new one - it did such a great job if we remembered to shut off laundry and hall bathroom it kept living, kitchen and hall very clean. If we left those doors open it would get stuck. Hubby had it take off at 2 a.m.
Nancy emotional weeks are hard - be kind to yourself.
Cathy - best way to keep from buying things, don't have a way to bring home.
