Kitty, yes, dh and I might just leave the reception early and go out on a dinner date. We didn't get one last night bc of the bday party -- though we did have a coffee date afterward.

8 - 5K! I'm up so I'll go for it.
12 - zoom call with C and I (dh's sister + dh in the UK)
visit Mom?? - I think dh is doing this today
visit dd29's booth at the art fair
4:30 - ? wedding; I am expecting to see the man whom I testified against in the trial (and his wife) and his friends who called me immoral for not taking a side - and then said indirectly they couldn't be my friends any more. I think I'm ready; dh will be with me as will friend MM, who has taken a similar stand to me - and been similarly "punished" by the group.

Hi, L.Ann! Enjoy your evening at home.

I've prepped lunch for tomorrow and made a vanilla cake. And, most important, DF CW has agreed to babysit Matilda on Friday evening. I'd forgotten that we've been invited out for dinner, and I don't want to leave Matilda on her own after a GA. I would really rather stay home with Matilda, but DH and I haven't been out for dinner together for months. DF CW has a cat of her own, and is also a nurse, so I now feel confident leaving Matilda for a few hours with jer. (It also means that we have to be home at a sensible hour. Last year it dragged on for hours, as everyone wanted to watch the football before eating. ) DH is so far refusing to tell me either what time we need to leave, or what time the table is booked. And I don't know who to contact to find out for myself. But fortunately, DF CW is very easy going.

Time for bed now, so hopefully see everyone tomorrow!

Phew. I guess I forgot to post my in between list...

I did go to town this morning. Some groceries and gas in the car. Got more flour. I had enough but maybe not for next time.

Buns are waiting for the oven warm up then bake. Planted all my veggies into bigger pots. Watered the garden and put them all in the greenhouse. I just need to clean everything up. Put the unused pots away. Etc. And I did a bit more digging. Eventually I will get there. Probably should add the soil i have left and plant the perrenial stuff there. Probably will get half done. Oh well. A start.

Ds has been extra tired again helian. Barely convinced him to come check out the herb pots outside for 10 minutes. He is being hard to get interested. And must be growing pains.

Gotta clean everything up yet. 2 hours till time to go to the game.
