Three generations are gathering at local Mexican Restaurant this evening to celebrate DD49 birthday. I wasn't up to hosting here so this is the best alternative I could come up with. IMHO, something is better than nothing.
I am making progress in catching up on the SHE cards today. It has been a busy few days which means anything that isn't priority #1 gets ignored until time allows.

Is C B D Oil a "thing" in the US? I was just telling dh that I used to take it in 2019. He just admitted that he's got an underlying anger at something and he can't figure out what it is. As I recall, the oil helped settle me a bit, and I also recall being less "OCD" inclined when I took it. Just looking for other views on this.

Re: A Tuesday To Do Ta Das Together
Seems like lots of Ta Das have happened today.
I went to HRH's appt with him, a medical building but, as we already knew, not one that has wheelchairs in the lobby anyway, so this is the fourth appt in a large building that I've just walked. I will admit that heading all the way out into the distant parking lot afterward might have been a bit much, but it was ultimately okay.
About 2/3 into the appt I complimented the new dr, thanked him for letting me be a part and then left them and went to the waiting room again by myself to read. I felt like that was a good middle-of-the-road between being helpful and allowing them to start a relationship. I'm glad I was there at first, because there were a few things HRH was forgetting to tell.
We've made a grocery order that will arrive tomorrow.
Wrapped the birthday present and made a quick gift tag myself.
Invited ddolder and the birthday boy over and they came right after his party, so he has his present now. They headed back to watch a movie and play a game with his brothers. This MIGHT be the last grand's birthday celebration that I have to miss. We'll see.
No nap - that wasn't totally by design. I sort of needed one, but it didn't work out.
Trash and recyclables out for their Oh-dark-thirty pickup in the morning.

Is C B D Oil a "thing" in the US?
Yes, it is sold here. Several years ago, it was all the rage being told it cured a wide range of ailments. Many friends and family tried it for a while, but its usage faded away because it didn't help anyone that I personally know. We all had such high hopes but no one I know had any success with it. And now we are being told nicotine has promising treatment results for many neurodegenerative diseases (depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, Tourette's, schizophrenia, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's) hummm......
Family gathering at the restaurant went well. Mission accomplished.
I have four days with nothing on the calendar. I love summer.
