my weeds have had weed babies and they had babies

lol, blessed, they can be so persistent, can't they? For anyone who knows what poke or "pokeweed" is (and there may be more than one plant with that name), the finest example sprouted and grew overnight, it seemed, into a marvelous tall specimen in my empty long flower bed. I guess a single seed blew in, because none has ever been there. Thankfully, HRH got out there for me and nabbed it before it went to seed. He had told me he'd seen it before, but he honestly figured it was another Calla Lily, which he could see growing in the square bed. You would think the absence of blooms would have alerted him. (smile)

We watched a little BBC comedy tv together and are headed to bed, planning to be up before six for a day away.

So much exercise, Twins' Mom! Sorry you have had hip pain that limits you, but you certainly got a lot in.
