Probably just think it is another person, Trissie. It worked to just do it when DD32 came home. It is harder when someone wants my mom to give permission since that isn’t going to happen. Luckily her stuff tends to be financial which isn’t urgent. A prescription whose copay went from $15 to almost $12,000 is a more immediate problem. But DD32 is enrolled now in the right program and the copay is down to $0.

Yikes on the copays and outdoor heat. Yum on the preserved fruits.

I mowed until the mower made a strange noise, I looked down and it the belt was broke or cut in half. That’s out of my wheelhouse so I had to stop. Moved stuff back where it belonged. Put lol in washer, one in dryer, put potatoes on to boil for supper, found charger so I can sit in the living room and charge my phone.

Matilda's appointment was very successful - she behaved nicely, and her mouth is healing well. We go back in another couple of weeks for her final post op check. I had a good session in my garden this morning, and cleaned upstairs when we got back from the vets. Matilda has forgiven me, and is now on my lap.

Reorganise office (DH wants a new to him desk that work is getting rid of. Can I empty the tallboy and move it into the bedroom? Remember to measure at its widest point to see if it will fit!
More decluttering in bedroom - drawers under the bed, my clothes (a continuous process!)
Kitchen - measure for fridge, measure where bins are going to go. Order new fridge. Move freezer to where current fridge is now? Go through cubby hole which houses miscellaneous "stuff", including the surplus from my dolls house project (this is on a pause now until the winter, but I have all the pieces I need, ... and a lot of surplus! Get it all out and divide into lots. Do I have enough boxes and bubble wrap? Clean everything so it looks its best and photograph. Write description and list on eBay. I can do most of this this one box at a time, so it isn't overwhelming . Once the boxes are sealed and wrapped and labelled with the contents, I can store them in the garage.
Decide what is going back in cubby hole - gardening trug? Extension cable, spare boxes of cat food? Will my folding chair fit?

I've been to dfBS, Dr appointment via video. Met with her HVAC ppl, learned how to do her thermostat, emptied her dehumidifier.
Found address for a HS classmate and sent a letter about our next class reunion.
Brought remnants of cleaning my pantry cupboard to the food shelf.
Eaten a salad.
Getting ready to send text to dgs, to request help with a little digging, to protect my foot.
Then gather up 2 bins of weeds for city compost site ( that we call the dump)
I just can't face the paper sorting ATM.

Hi, all. I have CUOP'd but won't try to reply. I got hold of my supervisor today and asked him to look into whether I can go to 2 days/week. It doesn't seem likely, but it's worth asking. If they won't, then I haven't made any decisions yet on when to make the jump. I don't even know what kinds of jobs to apply for. But that is an issue for another day. For today my focus is to get the air conditioner installed. It actually hasn't been too bad sitting right in front of the fan.
