See it, Say it Saturday PWYC
I have the ability to ignore things.
Sometimes I take photos so I can see things clearly.
I remember things better when they are said out loud.
Anyone else like this?

I am the queen of either ignoring things or "I'll do that later" and walk past it. I find if I take a picture before I enter an area to work that I can see where I can declutter or clean.

Re: See it, Say it Saturday PWYC
We are celebrating 52 years of marriage today. I have been blessed.
She cards are in progress. 22 completed.
DS16 is starting to work at a different place today. Still ranch/farm work related but located about 10 miles in the opposite direction. DS16 will continue to work part time for the same farmer he has been working for over the past year. However, that boss is rarely home and has so many people working for him that there isn't much to do. DS16 wants to be busy. The new boss has cows to be gathered & worked and also somewhere between 3000-5000 round bales of hay in the field to be gathered and stacked. That will keep DS16 busy!

That is a good idea. Take a picture and notice what is out of place. I do that lots. Walk past something and leave it for later. And they add up.
What can I make look better today.
It is raining here too. Make my outside things wait.

Re: See it, Say it Saturday PWYC
Good idea, LadyM. And Happy Anniversary and congrats on 52 years of marriage! Quite a long time.
I feel like I notice most things, perhaps too much, and get sensory overload sometimes. Dh or dd can sit something down and it because part of the landscape and I suspect he doesn't even notice it.
We are getting a light rain this a.m., maybe through noon, with the chance of t storms later too. It's much needed here. Dog has not walked yet, there's been thunder in the area.
I'm trying to organize myself for the day. (huh, it's already past 11 a.m. here...) I believe we're going out for dinner again tonight - dneighbors that went with us to the beach want to take us out since the night out we had planned coincided with dh's sting ray encounter. I had thought I'd run some errands to get a jump on the week but I'm not going to do it in the rain. Dh says he'll go to grocery for me.

Re: See it, Say it Saturday PWYC
34 SHE cards completed.
In a quirky moment I decided to order DH and myself tshirts celebrating 52 years of marriage. The shirts won't arrive until Monday, but we will still have 350ish days to have some fun celebrating.
I have selected the two storm doors to put on DS16 area. Those storm doors are completely ruined. I am trying to decide whether to replace the main solid exterior doors in that room. They are not in bad shape and there are teens entering/exiting them dozens of times a day so the chances of the doors being damaged is higher than normal. I'm leaning toward just replacing the storm doors, not replacing the main doors for now. I have printed out the storm doors I want with the picture, description & model #. I will send that paper with DS16, GF and friends to purchase them sometime in the next couple of days. They have a pickup to haul the doors and muscles to load/unload so might as well put them to use.

Happy Anniversary, LadyM and dh!
Gee, tee shirts are a fun idea.
Nancy, I hope you had fun entering that contest - yes, absolutely we can dream, can't we?
skippable rant - The same circumstances happened again - long medical day resulted in really zonking in a nap with deep sleep. Then through the night last night I couldn't sleep. Finally falling asleep, I ended up staying in bed too long with HRH thinking he shouldn't wake me (and maybe that's right, I don't know either). So, the day is disjointed, and I've gotten very little done.
The bday gift is right on schedule with delivery, so wrapping that will hopefully be one "in-advance" thing I can do today to be ready for the week ahead. I have two days next week with 3 med appts each, various buildings, very hot.
I dreamed a future last night, in which people will be able to review their dreams on videos which will be made available to them each day. So, when that happens, ya'll remember you heard it here first.

Re: See it, Say it Saturday PWYC
Drove the other rig went by a whole street of yard sales with out stopping LOL!
Saw another one wanted a wagon but I already have several.
Drove by it too.
Went to a yard sale and found some great items and got the rigs washed off afterwards.
One items on my list and another then found two more.
Found a bit if flannel for the sewing room projects.
A book of art activities for Dgd I might look through it first.
Had to call the Rx place that is all set for later in the week hoping it cools off or I can get out early.
I'm so enjoying my fans I still need to replace the one in the basement sort of want a rotating one on a stand a bit taller.
