Dh has worked out, not home yet. Garbage out and dog is fed.

I need to get started on screened porch while temp is moderate! I think first is sweeping/dusting for loose debris, then run the roomba? There's also the stains on the small patio between adjoining screened porch...I think I'll have to do some scrubbing there. There are low spots that hold water and dirt.

Vroooooom! Thank you for starting us off today Twins' Mom!

I don't think I can get up to turbo-charged today. Dh wants to go to Costco to get me soda. I told him that the only soda there is in cans. I haven't had soda from a can in many years. I prefer either a 6 pack or a large plastic bottle. He seems to think they also sell 6 packs. I didn't want to argue, but I said I would just prefer to go to a local store in the tiny town where his doctor's appointment is later this morning.

Heck neither one of us could even think about what we want for supper tonight. In reality I'm not even hungry and my mind doesn't want to think ahead and actually plan what I might want to eat later.

Porch is swept around the outside edges so when the roomba goes at some point those will be relatively clean. I also dusted around the bottom of some of the stuff sitting out there for the dust/dog hair tumbleweeds. Since the rug is still damp from an afternoon shower yesterday I'm going to wait on the roomba and next up take a damp rag and perhaps brush around the edge for schmutz (dirt or unpleasant substance, yiddish.) Dh made me an omelet and I'm breaking to eat now.

I don't think I could stand any more of that fun today. I've done one edge only, the worst one. Time will tell whether I do the rest. It is a screened porch, after all. The rug is still wet, I'm running the ceiling fan and a rotating fan to move some air. Dh took the covers off some of the cushions for the table chairs, and I'm trying washing them with detergent and bleach. I don't think they will come clean (why white? because they came with table) and even if they do I suspect that we won't be able to get covers back on. We'll see. I'm ready to let them go and go without if need be. The chairs are pretty comfortable. I cleaned the "potting bench" which I hope to be able to use Sunday as part of the bar set up.

Dh has gone out to lunch. I need to be in the shower before 2 p.m. because massage is at three. We're picking up take out tonight. The massage will be good for me, my back is sore after the core work yesterday. It was too much for me. Right now I'm just resting, cooling down.

speed, power, and dynamic energy.

I'm grateful to have two out of three. Speed isn't something I focus on. Whenever I try to go fast, I always end up getting hurt. I'm more of a turtle-speed kind of gal, steadily moving with purpose.

I am going to try cooking something I saw on yt yesterday. It is a cross between smash burger and taco.

THANK YOU FEDEX for returning today for the 2nd effort to get signature upon delivery. DH FBit arrived and I set it up. I'm excited to have new health data to analyze as I continue searching for clues about why he occasionally loses his memory for 12-24 hours.

the OT is here for mom. Mom has been getting upset with me today so it's better for me to step back. She is as nice as can be to the helper and the other so that I need to step away.

Mom has been up from 5 on - I am sure she is getting tired.

watering outside right now - already cleaned the dog pools (they are small)
cleaned the bird baths
and time to feed the birds bc it is so hot.
