WTG, L.Ann, helia, Kittykatt and Peaches!
Enjoy your book, L.Ann and helian.
Kittykatt, I can't really condemn your breadmaker for its Buy Canadian program, LOL.
Friday
Cleaned up after dog X 4
Put on a pot of coffee
Scrubbed out sink and basin
Put rice pots in to soak
Put away some of the dry laundry
Washed 2 basinsful of dishes
Put rice on to cook
Set up breadmaker: found that the paddle won’t be able to move
Set up newer breadmaker
Found that the lid no longer closes properly
Put a flat of dog food on top of it
Filled/started breadmaker
Phone visit with db
Warned him that today is Break Breadmaker Day.
Brother solemnly vowed not to touch his breadmaker today
Took Germane out for a carry

Re: Alexander Fleming Friday
Doggedly, that is an impressive list!
I just got in from a short walk to make my steps for the day. I'm trying to increase what my foot can tolerate.
Prior to that I was in my basement, doing a lol for my mother - yes, I do a LOT of laundry for her - there are clothing protectors (adult bibs) available, but she doesn't think she needs them, or forgets to use them, so most things only get 1 day.
While the clothes were washing, I worked in my sewing room. I am making progress. It's slow, but it is progress. And I am not likely to mess up what I am cleaning, as I have no ongoing projects at the moment! When I get it tidied up, I will feel more like doing a project!
It just turned midnight here, so I think it's time for me to turn in as well, and read a little bit before I go to sleep.
