I have s2s walked ddoggo after l went to the market was looking for yd. sale I could not find & there was a traffic prob. & dog in the road so I just pulled over and turned around & came home. Had a bite to eat. 77* and 78% humidity is miserable me not used to he I turned on a/c
and all of the upstairs fans. I did get two books and  traded em at the book swap for ones I was interested in. Found two booths at the grange a craft type event, some jewelry with gems and veg. plus home made items soaps, tallow lotion bars [?] not familiar with those. Cowboy type Hats with flowers at the base of the band and acrylic poured things too.

It's been cloudy and we've had a few showers.

Workers on at the house behind me I think they are installing tile they were cutting squares.
Next door is getting furniture in I suspect for staging that must be a thing now.

Oh yes and saw a friend of my daughter one our walk and two deer.

Have a lovely day.
-----
Later; humidity is down to 65% and it's raining way more tolerable now yea.
I picked up the back yard and got some more steps in doing that.
Watched actually listened to a yt vid. on how handwriting vs text typing is better for the brain. & one on theory as in English for collage.
They are still taking furniture out of the house they must be doing it room by room.
Counting my adventures for my art date this week.
Need to write about that in my journal & do my weekly recap / review.

Twins' Mom I was having a nap. When I woke up, my dh was in a mood. He wanted me to go to the store with him. I'm not feeling great, so I declined. Then he got into a wordless snit.

Nobody thanks me to turning on the dishwasher or keeping up with the laundry. That was part of dh's snit. He only had one pair of shorts left and they are a pair he doesn't like. Just the way he was putting them on told a very loud, unspoken story of "Where are my other shorts? I don't like these ones!!"

I've just realized that I have had very little to eat today. Later... I have had a yogurt and a pudding cup.

When dh got home I put on a load of laundry.

I’m lucky … Sweetie never fails to thank me for clean cloths, new sheets on the bed and making breakfast or dinner for him. On the other hand, I never forget to thank him for taking out the garbage when needed or especially when it becomes stinky. He’s great at opening up all my jars and fixing the little things that I need him to do for me.

Back from the grocery store, have put everything away. Getting ready to drink a cup of tea and then I have a load of laundry to fold. Einstein is almost finished.

Back from getting our daily afternoon drinks. It is a $2 treat that breaks up my day and gets me out of the house. I shouldn't call mine a drink because it is a cup full of pebble ice, but it does have Diet Dr Pepper flavoring the ice.

DS17 is coming to my rescue again today. Yesterday, I ordered three pizzas to be picked up at 5 PM. However, after placing the order, DH lost his memory, and I didn’t feel comfortable going to get them. DS17, GF, and another couple put their plans on hold and made the 50-mile drive to pick up the pizzas for me. I forgot the reason I ordered the pizzas in the first place—I needed to get DD14’s prescription from the pharmacy. Anyway, I forgot to ask DS17 to grab the prescription too. So now, DS17 and GF are making another trip to pick up the prescription before they drive 40 miles in the other direction to meet GF’s father for dinner. And yes, I made sure to thank DS17 and GF multiple times for doing this. I also filled DS17’s gas tank as a token of gratitude.

DS17 senior picture prep is underway. The details we are discussing and deciding on are....
** What clothes will he wear? Senior pictures are usually 2-3 outfits
** What location to take picture - usually 2-3 locations
** What extras - Some have sport items, animals, etc. DS17 wants pickups as his extras
** Hair style - DS17 and GF are getting hair cut while in the city today
** Photographer hired.
** Date selected. Needs to be after the high heat index has passed to eliminate sweat

I should add that sweetie always thanks to me for buying the groceries and then always brings them in the house for me and that means I always thank him for doing that too

I'm sure there were times dh and I made the other feel we took each other for granted, but OTOH, I think we were good about expressing gratitude for the things we did for each other. He always thanked me for ironing his clothes, clean sheets on the bed, stuff like that. And he never let me go to sleep without telling me he loved me. I guess I'm "adjusting" to being alone, but I sure do miss him.

Today has been pretty simple. I sorta promised DGD we'd go swimming today, and when we got to the pool, there was no one else there. DGD was pretty bored after just a little while, so I texted the Dfriend who has two granddaughters that are friends of DGD. I told her I'd take them home if she would bring them to the pool. (She lives about 10-15 minutes away, almost across the road from my dmom.) Ended up, their dad brought them, and in a little while, grandmother came to bring forgotten goggles. Grandmother ended up staying and sitting with me to talk and the girls swam for a couple hours or more.
When we got home, DGD let me take a nap, and after that, we played awhile, ate supper, she had a bath, I had a shower, she sent a text to her daddy, and she is sound asleep now. (Of course, it's 11:30, so she should be.)

The two dgrands swapped nights this weekend. DGS and I went to the high school football game last night and dgd and ddil went to see Freakier Friday.
We lost the ballgame, which began an hour and thirty minutes late because we had an unexpected rain storm. Dcousin and I sat in the car while it rained and decisions were made re: whether to play or not. DGS stayed on the field and got soaking wet.

Nancy -- my book arrived from Austria! It IS kinda overwhelming with all these chore lists. I don't know if I'll get any good out of it or not. It is nice because it has detailed "deep cleaning" lists for each room, so when/if I ever get into my zones properly, it might be a good place to keep up with these things. (But it's so neat and nice looking, I'm sorta afraid to mark in it. I'll use pencil.)

LadyM, I really admire the way you are coping with these memory issues. I can't imagine how frightening AND frustrating you must be. (((HUGS)))
I'm so glad you have DS17 to help out. I think senior pictures with his pickup truck will be perfect. Lots of boys around here have their pictures made with their trucks or cars.

You know something, this housekeeping thing led me to a Tell Me What I Said Wrong moment today. I better go to MO with this.

(((Twins)))

(((Rose))) Glad you are improving!

Harriet, looks like you got off to a good start!
Tomorrow is another day.
