Bama, if you are my twin, I feel like I am levelling up! :D

Monday
Cleaned up Germane’s pads
Spot cleaned around Germane’s pads
Swept bedroom area
Moved room divider and swept again
Swept out dog’s pen
Swept the rest of the apartment
Swiffer-washed the floor, with Germane following every step of the way.
The floor needs a better wash, but that took me close to an hour and my back got cranky.
Gave Germane probiotic mixed into wet food.
Dementia Dog ate some dog food, and then picked up two pieces and dropped them on the floor. She went back to eating out of her plate. I took away the plate and showed her where the dropped food was, pointing at it and waggling my finger in a circle. A week or two ago, she was able to follow those directions. She found it eventually. She ate some and then went back to asking for her plate back. I wiped up the rest of the food from the floor.
Started cutting up pills to fill Germane’s pill organizer. Cut up the Benedryls. Finished the old container of Apoquel. Searched for the new bottle. Did not find it. Dementia Doggedly probably put it further back on the pill shelf. Will find later.
Gave Germane her Benedryl in some food.

Hi Peaches!
Will you be able to get out and enjoy the day, Doggedly?
Spending time with dh is important too, Bama. :) Were you able to be productive?
Ooh, I missed the bonfire at your place, Lauralind. Have fun!
I hope you had a nice walk, L Ann.
Did your kids have a good first day back at school, trissie? Or maybe it was more like 1/2 day.

Well, I forgot that we had scheduled a zoom call to catch up with friends DS and DS. Yes - they both have the same initials. LOL! We try to travel with them once a year and were hoping to do that this fall, but with everything going on with us and with them, we've decided to punt the trip until January -- and travel to a warm state. They already live in a warm state (California) but we might meet up in Arizona.

The egg helped the nausea. A little later, I ate lunch -- and I felt nauseous again. But I'm feeling OK now.

Next:
- put groceries away
- lol 1: washing
- some qt

Later:
- jog
- s2s and self care

- payroll: gradelink week 4

- 30 minutes in dd27's room
- 1 shelf in fridge
- dinner: quinoa taco bowls, green salad
- after dinner clean up
- duolingo (I couldn't load my Spanish lessons last night - strange)
- update health apps

TaDas!
- up; weighed self -- egads, the scale thinks I gained 2 pounds in 3 days
- coffee
- email deletions + weather website
- reclaimed kitchen
- menu plan made
- back exercises
- gathered everything to jog; drove to park --> drove home
- boiled egg and ate it (nausea - from antibiotic, I hope)

Sorry about your toe, LAnn. If my feet (or any part of them) hurt I’m out of the game.
Helia, not yet but that’s why I’m back posting. So I can turn this day around.
Doggedly, I hate to disappoint you but I’m dragging you down. Maybe we can lift each other now. 💪🙂
Reading about the bonfire makes me wonder if our burn ban is over, still a little dry even though we had some rainy days last week. I don’t have anything to burn so why am I distracting myself lol.

Saw some odd reviews on a Netflix show so I’ll work a little and then watch a little to see what it’s about, forgot the name, cat fishing something or other…

Work:
Put away bacon
Drink water
Pet chores … fill food and water bowls, spot clean floors (did earlier but will recheck), scoop litter, treats

Play:
Watch show and dremel dog nails, they’ve gotten skittish since it’s been so long but I figure if I can even get one nail a day they will be fully manicured (pedicured?) by the end of the month. Planner. Brush a pet.

Work:
Kitchen … wipe down, declutter counters, cook stuffed peppers with potatoes, roast okra

Play:
See above

Work:
Laundry … wash couch covers, wash my comforter, wash my clothes, wash dh’s clothes … doubt I’ll make it very far since the dryer will take awhile to process each load but it’s written so I shall attack it anyway.

Play:
See above

Tuesday:
Bible
Water
Thaw meat
Planner - add September goals
Pet chores
Dailies
Laundry
Wfd chicken? roasted okra, wild rice
Kitchen - dw, cut up watermelon, banana or pumpkin bread
Laundry - tidy
Dining - table
Living - wash covers, move mom’s photo
Bathrooms - clean
Bedrooms - declutter
Porch - sweep
Water plants inside and outside
Plant a tree, weed or pull briars for :15
Mom’s - check on plants, tidy
List item to sell

Trissie, those school forms are so fun! :P

Forgot about my auction winning so told dh he could go pick it up or help with chores. He’s gone now so I can get some stuff done without stepping over him lol.

I'm glad that the nausea has passed, helia. I will spend some time outside, but I won't bring Germane as far as yesterday. Regular walk for her, and I will play with the window washing gadget outside.

I'm sorry that your toe is swollen, L.Ann. It sounds like a good day to sit outside and read a book.

Go, Peaches

Kudos to Bama, who has shown extraordinary self control in putting away bacon and not eating it. I feel certain that I have been working, but the only thing I can remember doing is washing out the sink and basin while I got breakfast ready. So the rest of my efforts can go to help your list, Bama.

No problem, trissie. You are doing great.

lol at the bacon comment, it’s hard but doable to resist temporarily.

And thanks so much, I got a bunch done while dh was gone so now gonna chill some.
