It's a golden pink sunrise today.
Slept well yea!
Heard two owls when I went outside to see the sun rise.
Wondering if they are the snake up the road went to take a pic of it
Moved a chair on the deck to get a better view of the stars last nite.
and it had vanished. I just luv nature!
Watering now.

53* 84* F today's temps. in the south and Atlantic coast heads up for weather.

Bathroom and kitchen garbage is out.

Dh drinks his protein drink first thing in the morning, so now he's not hungry for brunch. He also just got dressed really quickly and headed to the grocery store to get some yams/sweet potatoes for himself. (I don't care for them) plus he wanted to know where to go to get cough syrup. I told him the pharmacy where I get all his meds. It's a very tiny store with no aisles. You walk in and it's on the left side when you walk towards the back of the store. The bonus thing is that the pharmacist is the cashier and they are right there behind the counter. At a large pharmacy, I always have to walk all over the store to find a cashier. I prefer this small pharmacy. Price might be a bit higher, but worth it for their superior customer service.

Nice day here.

Dishwasher is empty. Time to refill it.

It's a beautiful morning here. I walked the dog and we spent some time across the circle in the shady area. She was enjoying herself sniffing about and exploring a little.

Last night was a dfriend M's for her book launch/birthday. Sweet evening, I enjoy her family and especially her sister. Dh came home a bit early and that was okay. Today we are going to a Rotary club social gathering. Should be nice weather - it's on one of the small mountains/ridges near here.

So happy for a quieter week, We'll be at temple on Wednesday p.m. for Kol Niedre - the eve/evening of Yom Kippur and we'll be at the temple on Thursday through the break-the-fast. I'd like to schedule library trips - local library and state library in Nashville.

Thinking of LadyM and dh, glad he's feeling better.

Happy for your friend in the celebration of her book, Twins'.

Happy for your household as your dmother enjoyed moments outdoors, blessed.

We have inclement weather incoming, so we must consider groceries today and how we want to handle that. Also just generally planning what we want to do and when we should. HRH has an appt Wed., so I hope weather is back to normal by then.

Took duds to basement and started darks.
I have a stack of books and journals I"m done with going downstairs.
One is down now and more as I do the switch of clothes.

I have ch. pot pie & brownies in the oven now.
Had a bite for my bfast.
Need to finish my Cran. joice.

My day turned out quite differently than I expected. I had six events planned on my calendar, filled with interaction with family and friends, including a quick trip to Texas. However, everything got canceled when DH experienced a memory loss episode at 4:30 a.m. Everything is going okay, but DH needs my constant monitoring as he wanders around.

I’m working on the SHE cards, tackling them one at a time. They’re a great way to be productive during free moments.

hello again - I went to the garden store for bird seed. - it was so nice to get out.
watered the parterre well - I have moved it.
we are struggling with no water here. or local marsh is almost dry. we do need water.
I washed some laundry this morning
dh is making fun of me for wanting to put the ac on -
I played with dogs - it was so nice.
dd younger is making food for herself for the week - lemon chicken with onions
