It has been a good & productive day so far. The hours seem to fly by.

I sat down to take an intentional break & regroup before picking DD14 up from school. We will immediately leave for the city to get her hair washed & soak in bathtub. While she is doing that, DH and I will walk the aisles of Sam's to waste time & pick up a few things. I am hopeful we can be home by 7pm.

I got email notification from the blood lab that my results were available, so I took a look at them online. I will meet with the family doc tomorrow about the several tests results, but I took the opportunity to preview the bloodwork. I am a bit disappointed but not surprised. Cholesterol & diabetic treatment options will be part of the discussion tomorrow. I am interested in finding out the genetic test results and bone scan results. This is the 3rd year in a row that I have had the bone scan because I am taking infusions/shots for Osteoporosis. The bone density improvement between year 1 and year 2 was astonishing. I am hoping the bone density will continue to improve this year.

DSonIL got phone call with a preliminary report from his lung & liver biopsy. it wasn't the news he was hoping for. He will meet in person with medical team tomorrow and learn more.

I ended up going to Walmart for kitty litter. It is a gorgeous day here, even though the wind is cold.

I ended up buying a new toilet brush, a new shower curtain and a new dish drying rack that is black metal to replace the 10 year old black metal one that is now in our metal recycling trailer in the side yard. Every bit counts.

There were no dishes for dh to do while I was gone. He must have been bored because he cleaned the bath tub/shower area. He said now I can have a nice bath. I haven't said anything to him, but I was thinking that when I was at Walmart buying the new shower curtain.
Dishes never stop.
Laundry never stops.
Litter boxes never stop.

I'm have started doing the seasonal clothing swap out.
That is good I can see progress already.
I have one suit case done and another hone half full.
That's where I put them.
Now I hope to find homes for the warm pj's! x

I'm pleased to find my sweaters that zip too!
Snow in the mtns. around us is in the forecast.

We have rain tonight so no mentor showers here & I am not attempting to sleep outside on the deck!
No surprise there!

Just a quick post & run…

Have almost completed an entire actual load of laundry today (folded, not yet put away). Did the usual chauffeur routine. Listened to my Guardians win! Was hoping for one of the other series to be resolved — if there are 2 or 3 games tomorrow, the Guardians game will be on broadcast TV — but the only one left that is not a split is the Reds/Dodgers, and I want the Reds to win, which would make that a split, too. Did not do much else. But somehow I still managed to beat my (embarrassingly low) target step count for the day. I’ll take what I can get. But what I should get is to bed!

Rose, before I started talking allergy shots, I listened to my voice EVERY year in the spring. This is the first time in a long time that this has happened. IKWYM about it being interesting to try to teach when you’ve lost your voice!

I did feel well enough today to s2s, make a quick trip to the grocery store, and I changed the sheets, so I am enjoying clean sheets… but if I’d almost 4:00 am and I am not sleepy.

I’m going to the book fair with Dgd in the morning and dgs’ last football game tonight. I need to get some sleep!

Waving to all!!!
Tomorrow is another day.
