helper is not here -
mom - I gave her an all over bath - hair and all. mom helped me get her up
then dd younger helped me when it came time for her getting dressed and helped get her up afterward.
she ate a bit - had her meds
dd younger exercised her and had speech therapy with her. dd is very good at seeing what is needed -Emotionally smart. she also put cream all over mom - especially on her feet - I think mom is starting to have nerve problems in her legs and feet.
mom did bite her lip and eliquis makes mom bleed.
nurse came was very pleased that mom was doing better - She was chatting with him - her blood pressure and heart rate was good - her heart rate is 60 when before it was 33. he said it was an overdose and now she is on the correct dose

house looks like it was hit by a bus - how? after all my work yesterday.

dd older is still not well.

Did some desk stuff.
Moved e-mail to budget files not sure why I'd been putting that off but it's done for now yea!

Wondering why Dr. offices want stuff in triplicate fill out this form
you do that then they request it again also when you go in fill it out
again with the basic same q's on it duh!!! At least it's easier with my new glasses now.
I am not going to to the online one I do not want my info. out there to be hacked! Just sayin'.
Plus it comes on my phone that is too small to type on.
Just call me old school lol!

under stove drawer and floor done - not great - I vacuumed but done have a fine tube to get into the small cracks, pulled things out, rinsed with swiffer and then washed. drawer washed (all over). One dog found a bone - the others aren't happy. (dd took her dog and then I gave our other dog a bone-not rawhide - a bully bunch).

I did a load of laundry and it needs to be put in the dryer.

in all honesty; I am tried. d helper got here an hour ago and mom was sleeping - she is still sleeping.
I think I will take a bit of time.

My day just keeps getting better. DH trip to dermatologist took 4 hours and now we are home until time to pick DD14 up from school. I have offered to put gas in DS17 pickup if he & GF would take DD14 to the city this evening. I also offered to buy the 3 of them supper while they are there. They accepted my offer so I don't need to travel anymore today. DS17 & GF will drop DD14 off at DD49 home and go get something for all of them to eat while DD14 is getting her hair done. They will get DD14 and bring her back home. This is a win-win for them and me.

DH is going to be uncomfortable the next few days as his skin treatment heals. It is never a good thing when the dermatologist says "Are you ready for this?" as she grabs the spray canister of liquid nitrogen. The best part of this treatment is that it is quick. She treated over a dozen places in what seemed like less than a minute. SPRAY...SPRAY...SPRAY.. repeating until she froze all the skin places causing concern. Getting the places froze off while they are small is a PITA but it is nothing comparable if waited until surgery was needed.

I ran into WM and got a blow-up rubber donut for DH to use. He took a fall onto his tailbone last week and it is still painful. The donut pillow brought instant relief. I wish I had thought of it sooner.

The family doc office called and made appt for DD14 this week. That will be medical appt #7 of the week. Enough already!

Hi!

Yesterday I was too exhausted to post. Up early and then I went to the Monday morning stitch group. Came home and had lunch. Went to pharmacy to pick up meds, other woman didn't show up for afternoon group so I decided to go to Walmart. Got one of dh's Christmas gifts while I was at that mall. Got home, unloaded it all and made supper. Ended up going to bed early.

Got up at 6 again this morning after a rough night's sleep. Dh left his light on in the bedroom and went into the living room and had the TV on loud enough to wake me. I got up and shut the bedroom door and turned off the light. I think this was after midnight. Any way... I started to do some dishes. Discovered that dh had put away the pasta pot with pasta in the bottom. This pot is like a huge double boiler where you cook the pasta with the strainer pot inside of the outer pot. My goodness what a stinky, ugly mess. I filled the entire pot with vinegar to kill the mold spores and then soaked the pot with the vinegar for over an hour. Then I soaked it in the sink with boiling water and lots of soap and then scoured the whole thing. It's clean now, but OMGoodness...

This afternoon I had a 3 hour nap. Now it's time to think about tonight's supper. Dh requested ramen noodles with veggies. I will be doing shake n bake chicken drumsticks to go with it.

My big Tada of today was to clear off the top of my wardrobe, declutter, dust and reorganise everything I want to keep so it's more accessible. That's another tiny bit of the bedroom I can tick off the list. The rubbish is now in the bin, the shoebox with goodies for the Y is now with the rest of the Christmas stuff awaiting attention, and I have found homes for things I no longer wish/ need to keep up there.

On the subject of skin care, I don't wear makeup, but I do have a morning and evening skin care routine, and apply a factor 50 sun block every day. ( I'm fair skinned and burn easily).

Harriet, just to clarify, most of the time I drink decaf coffee (I do like the "highs" and burst of energy that "normal" coffee gives me, but definitely do not like those troughs and dips in energy that follow!)
