Nancy, not a waste of time because you never know when you will be glad you caught something and headed it off before it was a big deal. Happy for you that you are so ordinary to your dr in many ways! It's very freeing to have an ordinary year. But good for your dd in being attentive and interested for you.

blessed, for all of us, levels of maturity are (hopefully) on the increase, and your ddyounger's is just continuing to grow quickly. Too bad she didn't get enough acknowledgement for being correct and also for being patient. But in her relationship with him, she has surpassed a level of maturity that is probably hard for him to see.

Kittykatt, good job of your underbed storage. My underbed storage situation is less organized! (I know - feng shui concepts would tell us that I'm in trouble with that). I realize that I need exact pull-outs - maybe trundle - and labeling like I used to, for that matter. I label other storage so well, but for some reason underbed is not making the sense it should.

Mystery, you have another skill/ability now and another possession of which you can get full use when desired. I know how it is to resist learning a new machine of almost any type, when you think of it as another family member's "thing" and not yours.

LadyM, that meal sounds so good. Sometimes we go out of our way to make things nice for others, but sometimes we simply need to please ourselves. Especially when so wholesome.

Cathy, I would totally be on your dh's wavelength. Driving out to deal with medical appts ... .. lunch out, too .. .. equals Immediate nap on the radar!

About lunch out - we have a tentative date for lunch tomorrow. That's pleasant. What's the occasion? We need gasoline. lol.
