I decided to make some brownies for my carb loving family and to celebrate the happy moment.

I didn’t realize how much I missed DH’s laughter until it returned this evening. When DH loses his memory, he also loses his outgoing personality. Oh, how I love hearing him talk, tease, and laugh so lively again! ***Big sigh of relief and gratitude happening***

Smile Lee it is such a joy to see you posting here!

I haven't behaved myself in many, many years! I've become a bit more boring/predictable and I've stopped swearing as much but I still misbehave on occasion.

Good evening! It looks like the joint is jumping, and my brain is buzzy, so I’m not going to attempt replies to things except to say I’m glad LordM is getting back to his own self and it’s good to see Smile Lee peeking in!

Not sure what I’ve done today besides the usual car runs, dishes, and laundry. Of course, there were a lot of dishes. Tomorrow is trash day, so the kids have been taking care of that. I think I hear DC rolling the bins out. DH is still on retreat. I pick him up at school at the end of the day tomorrow, which is also his birthday! I need to figure things out with regard to that. He’s going to the hockey game tomorrow night, with whom, I’m not sure. He may want to take me. I’d rather not; his seats were chosen with proximity to the action in mind, not minimizing the stairs to go up and down. (He has a partial season ticket, two seats, so we take turns joining him.) He wants to go out for Thai on Saturday for his birthday dinner.

There are still a fair number of dishes, so I should do them. I think I still have a load in the wash that needs to go in the dryer, too. Sweet dreams, everybody!
