I got 7 jars of squash pb jars basically pints.
I will do some clean up as I need to just basic stuff.
Then finish more in the morning.
Jars are in the fridge for a cool down.
Then to the freezer in the basement later on.

Did some knitting today too,
Glad for some more sunshine today.

One more squash in a day or two to process as well.

I've figured out stuff to do this afternoon, dd has been around off and on. She used our bathroom to dry her hair and put on makeup, and I loaned her earrings with the rays of the sun and a purse. The wedding guests are supposed to be dressing as "sunset" but she's wearing burgundy, the earrings are perfect. She looks great!

Later...dh and dhouseguest are home, dinner prep underway. It's been a good day. Some good time with dd - we've all been on good behavior. Tomorrow she'll spend time with her friend, dsis of the bride, and we'll get her to the shuttle location to go to ATL. Dhouseguest will be off sometime tomorrow.

hi d everyone - dd younger made a wonderful soup for dinner - delicious!
she also made strawberry lemonade - but I didn't have that.

mom has been fed - she stayed awake for the afternoon even though she seems weak. We just got her to bed and gave her her meds - all of our backs are killing us - we have to find a better way to pick mom up. she is awake and dd's are taking time to chat with her as she starts to rest.
mom watched white christmas - until she decided she was done.

dd's malinois is limping. I hope it's nothing'! dd is having him rest as much as he can rest.

I am on: cleaning the kitchen duty - I didn't cook which means I get the opportunity to clean dishes ;) so lucky lol

other: ordered baby shower gift. she is not going to find out if the baby is a boy or a girl - it's rather nice to have a surprise coming.
I had to move a big board and that is done.
I filled mom's supplies again
got my cards ready for this week.

zone: dining room, family room,
it is always a joy to be here with you!

Although I'm not even sure what time I laid down, I know it was a bad time to take a nap, too late. Just couldn't argue with the tiredness. Anyway, I woke and realized it was dark and I was warm as toast. Then HRH opened the door to check on me but was moving on so quickly he didn't hear me when I spoke to him. He was gone, with me calling him in irritation, so I hopped up. Whoa, that awful feeling when you get up too fast. So that was an adrenaline push. I'm just sure this is partly because I'm eating so strangely.

Btw, sorry about dwelling on that subject and sorry to be such a complainer. Everybody has to do odd eating for medical stuff sometimes.

So far, the new pens are good. Two appear to be duplicates - a red that is on the orange side and the aqua/teal.
I've just opened their box/sleeve most of the way and labeled underneath each with the color it writes, so I'll know.
Reality is, though, there's not space enough on my desk to give to that, so I'm sure I'll end up with these upright in a pen holder.

Informed that the stamps I ordered for cards are in the mailbox, but at this hour they can just stay there. I'm sure they are protected against the wet - hope so. Just waiting on the card and return address set - envelopes are already here. I started to address envelopes now but thought, hey, what if they are not really a very good match... .. so, not yet. Should still be able to do that quick, "cards are out of the house" thing that helps me enjoy the rest of the season more. Also that wrapping paper I bought for dd27 was coming in the same package, so it wasn't here to give her today.

NOT ready to hear you guys discussing snow  but I think it's so interesting that Cathy and blessed reported it at virtually the same time.

Twins', that sounds like the perfect addition to your dd's wedding attire. Her color choice was good, and then when she was having close-up conversations, guests would smile to see she was honoring the choice/enjoyment of the couple's theme.

I guess I had a successful Sunday—
Church
Dgd and I had lunch
Grocery store for a few items
Wmart pickup
Nap
Made taco soup for dgrands and ddil, as bd myself. It was my first time to make this. Dgd was a big help, and she and dgs ate 3 bowls each!
Played with dgs awhile.
Now she’s asleep and here I am, watching Daniel Boone at 1:00 am.

No snow here but it is cold!
Tomorrow is another day.
