Trissie, I hope the photoshoot yields some great photos! The subjects are all quite good-looking, so that's a great start.
FFB, did DS9 enjoy running in the soggy woods? He he on Mr NG's batch cooking - but at least he's helping cook for the future.
I'm up and having some coffee. Dh and I are heading otd in about 5 minutes. He's going to run 9 miles. I'm going to walk for around 75 minutes - or however long it takes him to run.
I'll take all your rainy days and raise them by 5 inches of snow today + whatever falls after midnight tonight.
The starting time keeps getting pushed out; now, it is forecast to start around 4 pm and will snow until 9 am tomorrow Total accumulation forecast - 6-8 inches. Interestingly, there's a very big football game here this afternoon, starting at noon. They'll probably avoid the snow, but I personally wouldn't care to sit outside for hours today; it is 27F now and will warm up to 31F. Dbro + dniece left last night to get home before snow hit their route; it was hitting Illinois before Michigan, so perhaps the southern part is ahead of the northern part as it moves east? I haven't looked at a large radar.
SO, today, there is nothing on the calendar -- but we're going to take today to recover from the visit, which went pretty well. The bathroom now needs some extra attention - I won't share details, it's kinda gross - and of course, I'll eventually need to get clean bedding on the beds. Dbro does not sleep under sheets, telling me he's saving me laundry when in fact he is creating more laundry because now, I need to wash the fleece blanket he lay on and the fleece blanket he used on top of himself.
